Wow, what a great surprise of a pho restaurant. Saw that they had the rib pho in a hotpot and went with that, and it did not disappoint. The stone bowl kept the soup base hot just the way I like it, the ribs were done very well and while it didn't fall off the bone it was very tasty. The soup base was good, and the fact that I could wait until later to drop the noodles in the soup helped keep the soup from being sucked up by the noodles and making it overcooked. All in all...

The food was delicious and felt so homey. I ordered the pho dac biet and cafe sua da and it was amazing. What makes this place even better is how friendly the staff were. They were so welcoming and kind. ? one of the staff saw me struggling with my coffee and offered to help stir the coffee to mix with the condensed milk and even help me pour it into my ice cup! Also I loved the v-pop they played!
