All the critical ingredients ranging from old-school pho shop decor, pho pictures on menu, beef soup saturating the air, to a sundry of high-expectation pictures loaded on Yelp and GoogleMap, is setting up Gao to possibly be a great pho restaurant offering deep-flavored pho boals.

Long story short, the pho broth was not clear, was murky, overall bowl and ingredients didn't compare well to other pho places we go. The other item, bun bo hue (spicy beef noodle...

Ive never had pho up until i visited here. I struggled with figuring out how to even eat it. Slowly tried everything that came with it individually. Everything put together is a flavor explosion in your mouth. I went very heavy with the chilli sauce and inoisin sauce really brought everything together. It was light and punchy soup. 10/10

Gao Restaurant is my go-to Pho place. The food is great, prices are reasonable, and the waitstaff are friendly and fast. My boyfriend and I eat here every week and would recommend to anyone. I also love their iced Viet coffee, which they freshly brew in front of you 👍🏻🍲
