The best banh mi sandwich you will find, the bread is baked fresh on premises. All the ingredients are fresh. This is only one of two Pho restaurants in the country that has pipping hot stone bowl, the other one is 3K miles away. Try the vegetable Pho, there is nothing like it anywhere, absolutely amazing, you need to request it. The chicken Pho is the best you will find. Everything on the menu is great. The owner is there to greet customers. The staff is absolutely the best.
This is my favorite pho spot in Fairfax right now, the owner is a very nice guy. He works in there himself, 7 days a week to ensure high quality broth & smooth operations. They pay attention to detail. The broth is flavorful & quite enjoyable. I usually get the chicken broth, which tastes great. Also they have some specialty desserts, which I recommend trying. I’m very happy with the food, but not the service. The guy with the cross earrings was extremely rude to us. We were a large group and asked if we could connect two tables, but he refused, saying, “It will be hard for you guys to go to the restroom.” Throughout the meal, he gave us a very bad attitude—rolling his eyes, not smiling, and showing no friendliness at all.
