She’s extremely rude, unprofessional, and makes every visit uncomfortable. She’s a shorter woman with a tan complexion and glasses, and her attitude is consistently hostile.
It’s a shame because the rest of the staff is the complete opposite — kind, attentive, and always welcoming. They deserve better leadership.

Her attitude feels confrontational, as if she’s bothered by customers rather than there to help. It’s unfortunate because the place has so much potential, but her behavior makes it uncomfortable to come back.

Good rice is a foundation of delicious dish. The medium size we took out were fine but rice was rock hard and dried up. They ought to do something about thr rice to make it moisture and tender. If they care, they will improve it a lot. Thank you

I got the small poke bowl with salmon and spicy tuna, and it was more than I can finish. I love that you can put as much toppings as you want and they have tons to choose from. For those that do not want raw fish, they also have chicken, bulgogi, etc. The price is also reasonable.
Would eat again if my poke bowl cravings hit

I have been coming to this location for years. Now a little background I drive from Southern Maryland, this is a least a 50 minute drive. I always felt like this was great poke for a good price. However, this last visit I ordered three medium bowls there was very little rice in the bowls and the young lady putting the toppings and mix-ins barely added any ingredients to the bowls. My daughter's bowl had a few cucumbers, six pineapple and the shrimp were not mixed the the sauces. Now my bowl only consist of crab salad, cucumbers and masago. Once again I only got a few cucumbers and when I asked for more because I don't get other mix-ins she acted like it was a problem and put two more cucumbers in the bowl. I realized things are getting more expensive and I understand that however to not at least make the bowls with a decent amount of toppings and mix-ins is just not right. And I don't see the purpose in driving that far for subpar food. I sent many friends to this restaurant however as of right now if their portions are going in the charge you lot of money for very little food direction, I will not be recommending or coming back to this Pokehub.

This place has reasonably priced poke and the variety is nice.
I liked how they offered salad only bases. The main reason I'm giving it a 3 star rating is because the salmon didn't taste fresh. I was there at 7pm on a Sunday so maybe it had just been sitting out for too long.
