We ordered online at 11:30 for pickup and arrived at noon to find the store closed even though their website said they opened at 11:00. An hour later I received a text that the food was ready. When I called to ask to cancel the order since we were back at home and so much time has passed, the owner stated that she can't cancel orders. She was rude and unhelpful and blamed us for the wasted food. We will definitely not return and would warn others to not make online orders with this restaurant.

I can say this place definitely does serve Hawai'ian-style poké, as I was in Hawai'i for two weeks prior to trying it out. Their fish is fresh and flavorful! Lots of choices to make your own poké bowl. They even serve the same style drinks as Hawai'ian pokè places, which gives it a more authentic feel. For me, I'd have loved for some Hawai'ian music to be playing on the radio to complete the mood! Either way, we will be back for sure. Check this place out the next time you're in town!
This is exactly what I was looking for! The very sweet lady gave me enough time to figure out what I wanted and was very accommodating. I got a poke bowl with ahi tuna & salmon, but I would almost say the best part is the Aloha Trio of sauces.
One of the best new restaurants in Fairfax Va! Large portions, fresh food, and delicious boba! My favorite was the cappuccino flavor! Can’t stress this enough, everyone should give it a try!

Purchased a Matcha boba milk tea. Tasted like fish. It took a long time to package the tea and the lady who made it kept transferring it from cup to cup because the machine used to package the cup wasn’t working. The restaurant looked dirty, there was a fly near open food/ingredients.

I recent went to Pokemoto for a boba outing with friends which was nothing short of a disaster, marking one of the most disappointing experiences I've ever had at a any boba place. We went there because they had a promotion of 50% off all drinks between 3-5 pm, prominently displayed right at the front, making it an offer too good to pass up. Or so we thought.Upon our arrival at 4 pm, right in the middle of the promotional period, we were met with a server whose indifference to customer service was astounding. When we mentioned the promotion, she curtly informed us that it was not valid, directly contradicting the advertisement we had just seen. Her next move was to physically remove the promotion from the front, doing so right in front of our eyes, as if to erase any evidence of what had been promised.The ordeal didn't stop there. The server, who spent most of our visit engaging in conversations on her phone, rather than attending to the needs of her customers, proceeded to prepare our boba. The preparation process was far from the expected standard; she pulled out a container that resembled to a reused jelly cup container and unwrapped a plastic bag from within, revealing what was supposed to be brown sugar boba. The sight was less than appetizing, but the taste was outright offensive. The boba, which tasted old and had a disturbing plasticky aftertaste, was a far cry from the fresh, chewy boba I am used to.The entire experience had to be one of the worst restaurant experience. I am shocked at how their restaurant is still running. The blatant disregard for advertised promotions, coupled with the unprofessionalism of serving subpar boba from strange storage, was astonishing. The server's unprofessional behavior, prioritizing personal phone calls over customer service, only added insult to injury. Safe to say I will never visit here again let alone recommend it to anyone. Matter of fact, I will encourage and tell all my friends to not go here.
