Bad bad service! I have to come here because the location it is close to my house. Every time coming here nobody smiles. Very mean!!!

Bought a burger from this place two time both times have a Hair in the burger and the manager was so clueless. He said we don’t know what to do. I will not recommend this place. The food is bad. Popeyes overall bad.

The food was fine but like come on I know working cx services and like in the food department is not easy. But I did a mistake giving wrong and past orders number. The lady working in this location was frustrated and talking even to her coworkers in an attitude and I just want my food. She seems pissed off because there was this long line of customers. Everyone was waiting patiently. Later I gaver her the right number of the order and she made this gesture and all with a bad attitude like everyone makes mistakes. She should ask at least what I order so she can get an idea. But damn her attitude sucks. Girl chill take it easy and just relax and do your job do not frustrate your self.

Zeros stars would not let me use a coupon and the employee was scared the manager was going to fire him if he let me use a coupon. Thats crazy.

Took 20 minutes to get my food and I only ordered one combo

I frequently place online orders, but my most recent experience was disappointing. Upon my husband's arrival home, we discovered that the biscuits were missing and the meal consisted solely of legs and thighs, despite my request for a mixed order. As I do not consume dark meat, this error was particularly inconvenient. After attempting to contact the establishment for 30 minutes, I finally reached a manger an hour later. I explained the situation and provided my order number, but the representative responded with extreme rudeness, insisting that the issue was my fault and refusing to provide her name despite my repeated requests. When Instated i waa contacting corporate, she questioned me about contacting them and then stated her name was Ana. The combination of disrespect and being forced to pay for an incomplete meal for my family was unacceptable. Consequently, I will not be returning to that Popeyes location again.

I don't know why people keep saying this place is halal, but it is not. I asked the cashier working there.

Bought 8 pcs chicken with large mashed potatoes, large cole slaw and soda - To go.
Got home to eat. Chicken was TOO DRY, SMALL PCS - THE WINGS, BREAST , LEGS AND THIGH . MAYBE THEY WERE LEFT OVERS from LAST NIGHT and REHEATED THIS MORNING TO SERVE. Be sure to check the freshness of your order. NOT GOING TO THIS BRANCH EVER AGAIN.

I picked up food on Friday evening, food was old (probably form the morning) and very dry. Fries were soggy, and the biscuits were from the day before. The crew was definitely not interested in making delicious food for Friday cravings

It was always my favorite location, since the very new one down the street ,next to the BK, is really bad.

00000 Star! I went to try the honey lemon pepper wings. When i got home and opened the box, i literally wanted to vomit. The honey lemon pepper was like watery sewer juice sloshing around the box and it was barely even on the wings itself. But this juice smelled and looked horrible. I'm writing this a day later and i'm still sickened by the thought of it. The box itself also just smelled like it was picked from the trash. It was so bad i threw THE WHOLE MEAL AWAY; the fries and lemonade. To further paint how bad of an experience this was, i can assure you i will never ever go to or eat Popeyes again in my life! 🤮
