Wrong hours, wrong place, wrong orders. Everything is wrong with this place. Google maps also needs to be fixed

Incorrect open hour on Google. Tuesday an Wednesday were said to close at 11:30pm. Came to the store at 11:05pm and saw it fully dark and the sign in store said close at 11:00pm

LOOK AT YOUR RECEIPT, THEY CHARGE YOU ADDITIONALLY IN THE SUBTOTAL AND THEN THEY ADD THE TAX, WHAT A JOKE.

CHECK THE ACCURACY OF YOUR ORDER BEFORE LEAVING THE RESTAURANT! This restaurant routinely overcharges its customers. On roughly 50% of my visits, I have either been charged for food I never received or charged for the wrong item or items that I should've received were not placed in the bag. The employees and management are completely undisciplined and show no courtesy towards customers. On numerous occasions, I have attempted to notify management of problems at this location by phone, but no one answers incoming calls - even during regular business hours. I am a long-time Popeyes customer who is fed-up with the crappy customer service! I will NOT BE BACK!!

I tried to redeem my points from my app, cashier tells me I cant do it. I try to tell them how to do it and they get mad at me. Manager 1 comes and tells me they can only redeem it through the app, I then show them the option that says "redeem in resturant." All she has to say is 'no we no do here only online." So at this point I assume common sense is out the window. So I instruct them on what to do and scan the code myself. When the total is $0.00. They all look at eachother and act stupid. I then try to educate them on how the system works but thats when manager 2 comes and says "Sir please stop." No clue what shes talking about so I tell her im trying to help them on how the system works because you are giving people the wrong information, She says "sir stop." So common sense doesnt work, communication doesn't work, and absolutely no customer service. So I decide to just wait for my order and leave, and to no suprise they mess up my order and give me the wrong amount of chicken, and regular instead of spicy. All females by the way. I found myself giving them more cutomer service than them me lol.

I am not exaggerating when I say: this is the best Popeyes in America. The spicy chicken sandwich was perfectly cooked, perfectly sauced and my extra pickles and cheese were spot ON!

Service was exemplary, smiley and alert. I don’t know what happened with other reviewers, but my experience was FANTASTIC. This one chain location blows a lot of mom and pop places out of the water. Sorry mom.

I passed by the drive tru in my rest time I asked for an order of 5 pcs of chicken clarifying in the window that I wanted 4 pieces of hip and a wing when I arrived at my destination I realized that they dispatched me only 4 pieces glory that they wanted, not what I asked them also what they sent me were mini pieces of chicken.. very bad service in the drive try the girl who attended all the time was making fun of my order, I would not return to this place, I'm attaching a copy of the receipt in case the manager deigns to give me my money back

I typically don't give reviews since there's is no issue, but there were way to many problems going on here. When I entered the place it seemed like I wasn't even there. It took two mobile orders and the cashier to come back just to even get a greeting. To paint the picture as well, it wasn't busy it was empty. I don't believe the issue falls upon the cashier since she went to go clean the bathroom, but the other workers were just talking while I stood up there. After the first mobile order came in to get his order they started making the other online orders. I say again they were not busy when I walked in just talking. And the time span of the first mobile order was at least 3 min of me waiting. After finally getting to place my order I was only given 2 sauce for 6 tenders. Normally I will be given 3 but this place just didn't want to. I didn't really mind paying for more sauce but I'm not spending a dollar and some change just for 3 sauces.

Manager put back food that another customer had returned due to their error. Employees have no idea what they’re doing and advise everyone to stay away from this dirty location.

I have been to this Popeyes twice since it opened. Both times I have ordered the exact same thing. A spicy chicken sandwich combo with an extra biscuit from the drive thru. And both times I have been disappointed. Both times the bread was stale and the chicken was overcooked and very thin. And the most recent time they forgot my biscuit. A new location shouldn’t be having food quality issues this soon. Just go to the greenbriar location or the one in the mall.

Sometimes mobile orders sit if you come in before they are ready. You may need to watch for your order getting completed and ask again since they don't seem to call those out. Chicken sandwiches are fantastic if you get them hot. Meh or even gross (soggy breading) if they've cooled down.
