I came around 2 and asked for a 4 piece meal and large sides then received regular sides. When ordering the food he cut me off before I was finished ordering. He was rude and disrespectful and seemed annoyed. I later asked him to remove a mashed potatoes and said he wasn’t able to then proceeded to stall and eventually did. The food as well was raw and everything was so rushed, he gave us hot sauce instead of ketchup. For a first time coming here my experience was not great.

Super lazy. Pulled up around midnight (they close at 3am) to order the Glazed Pickle Chicken Sandwich and the pickle lemonade. Got hit with “we don’t have that” and when I asked why since it’s on the menu, he just said “I don’t know, we don’t have any.” Meanwhile, both items were still clearly on the menu and available on the app. The place was completely empty too — they just didn’t feel like making it because it takes an extra 7 minutes. No explanation, just laziness and zero customer care. If you’re not going to serve the full menu late at night, just be honest. Lying to customers is crazy.

Extremely unprofessional, waited over 25 minutes for fried pickles and ignored me when I was knocking on the front door

I placed an online order for the fish sandwich, picked it up about 6 minutes later, receipt is correct but the sandwich inside the bag was a chicken sandwich… I was really looking forward to trying that fish sandwich :(

Worst chicken ever, it was all skin and bones no meat at all and it smelled bad. I threw it away and didn’t eat it

Ordered a 16pc family meal spicy.

It was not spicy and they only gave me 5 biscuits rather than 8.

Quality of service & food at Popeyes is horrible. Would not come back ever again.

Every time I go to this specific location, there is always something wrong about my order. Another issue I have is the workers almost never hear me correctly even when speaking at an audible volume.

I've ordered here many times as it's close to my home over the years. They've messed up my order MULTIPLE TIMES. I'm talking giving me spicy when I order classic or even forgetting an entire combo. Once, I had to witness other customers who ordered after me get their large orders of food, which goes to show how this place isn't well organized when it comes to serving their customers. Today, I ordered a classic sandwich and some spicy tenders, instead I received a spicy sandwich and classic tenders. Additionally, I had ordered 4 blackened ranches of BUT I only received 3 and one was COMPLETELY DRENCHED with barbecue sauce.

This was truly my last straw and you're far better off ordering from other fast-food restaurants in greenbriar. If you're really craving chicken, just take yourself to buffalo wing factory or hangry joes.

This the third time for me to use this branch but it seems they dont care about customers opinion. The manager call Anna “ as she told me when I asked her” very very rude person, and she zero communication skills.

literally messed up my entire order.

i asked for a 8p family meal with mac n cheese, an added side of fries, 8 BONELESS bbq wings, 3 sprites.

waited 20 mins in the car for my food and i didn’t get the fries, got bone in wings, and they forgot my drinks. didn’t see til i was already home and not packing up 3 hungry kids in the car after a long day at work.

this was my very first time coming and will be my last.

Never have any food you order through the app and you have to go through app to get a refund. The food is never fresh and never has condiments. New ownership is the problem I heard.
