My last visit was terrible I ordered my food picked it up at the window The girl handed me my food when we drove off I noticed the lid was not on my red beans and rice and fell down in my bag. When I spoke to her at the window she did not speak back she had a nasty demeanor that is one of the worst experiences I've ever had at that Popeye's and I visit several times sometimes twice a week.

Got the D squad on tonight.
Guy taking my order got it wrong, but I caught it on the drive through screen. Corrected him. Lady at the window asked and confirmed my correct order. I get home and it's still wrong.

I have a love/hate relationship with Popeyes. I really do love Popeyes, but my experiences with customer service staff and quality of chicken has not been the best. Today however that changed. I went to the Popeyes at 13051 Lee Jackson Memorial Hwy, Fairfax and had one of the best customer services experiences. I was a walk in, because my drive thru experiences did not yield the best quality chicken. Her name is Doris and she was fantastic! She was informative, kind, treated me like a human being, and steered me to the app to order because that's where the best deals are.(I already had downloaded the app, but previously ordering through the app elsewhere resulted in the discovery of dry, overcooked chicken upon opening the box once I got home). I ordered through the app, waited for my order which was served up promptly, thanked her and went home. The chicken was the quality I expect from Popeyes--it was warm and delicious! There are other Popeye's locations near me, but because of Doris' excellent customer service, she has won me over and I will continue to be a walk-in at that location. Customer service is a crap shoot these days and this time I won. She should be commended for her excellent customer service.

Across 2 year's time I have visited this popeyes about 4-5x and of those times, 3-4x I've been served reheated, old, stale, bad chicken.

Several reviews on this store report the same thing and it is painstakingly clear that the owner's apologies are worthless. Nothing has changed. I purposely waited 6+ months to see if you guys would get better and after today, you've gotten worse! I am reporting this store to the health department. You are clearly selling unsanitary and potentially poisonous chicken to your customers and as far I'm concerned STEALING people's hard earned money. NO MORE! This location needs to be shut down!

I went last night and ordered just chicken legs and just beans, no rice, and what a surprise when I got home they didn't just put legs in and they put rice in the beans when I asked for just beans.

Honestly. This is the worst Popeyes I’ve EVER been to. I get off work and all I want is a bit to eat but every time I go to this location I get attitude from the older Hispanic lady with Black hair. She has REFUSED to give me my drink several times stating that “she already gave it to me” or “you didn’t order one” when I point out to her what I have in my car and the ticket she has to talk to three other people for some reason before I can get my drink. The food is always freezing cold, the chicken sandwiches are just disgusting, everything is SO over priced, and the staff needs to be fired. Try elsewhere cause this ain’t it.

This place is genuinely horrible. They say the store is open till 3am but its closed past 12. The workers cant speak english. Honestly they should shut this branch down to improve the brand of Popeyes.

Moved from Canada and used to enjoy the flavorful chicken served at Popeyes, always hot, fresh and wanting for more.
First experience of Popeyes in US, what the heck are they serving at this location. Seems like rotten chicken fried in oil from last year by employees who seemed to have zero motivation to work there, and thrown at the customer just coz you asked for food. Horrible! Do yourself a favor and go to other fast food joints in the vicinity serving much flavorful meal (did I hear hangryjoes calling..)

There is something seriously wrong with this Popeyes. Their menu has been out of date for months (They still have the ghost pepper sauce sandwich on the menu inside & the Hot One's collab on their drive-through menu, these are not available at all at this location which is seriously disappointing.)

As they're by far the closest Popeyes to us, I've also had the misfortune of being served room temperature mac and cheese alongside what amounted to heat-lamp chicken jerky.

Whatever is going on here, I seriously hope this Popeye's gets its act together or it'll end up like the other half-dozen empty storefronts in that shopping center sooner rather than later.

Oh and if you want soda water, I hope your orders go infinitely better than mine did.

Couldn’t get the order right at all. Asked for signature hot multiple times at the drive through, then they got it wrong. I said the card doesn’t have two and only chip and they continued to try and slide but no chip. I think the language barrier is way too much here.
