Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

No sauce with a $30 order, charged 50 cents for a small cup for water, staff is indifferent young kids. They give you like 3 napkins and are stingy with plastic utensils. The app doesn't work. Disappointed!

Now they give only 1 bag of sauce even you buy 6 pieces or 18 pieces of chicken!!!!
I understand that some customer may ask for too much sauce but you as employee as manager as owner should use your brain to consider how much sauce you should give per order. You guys act like a stupid AI. One more thing they do not give free water anymore. Don’t forget who is your target customer? These policy will make business rundown sooner or later.

They will not provide a cup of tap water for free now…

The staff were efficient and managed the busy crowd smoothly.

Honestly, the food is fine, but the customer service is terrible. I don’t expect much from a fast-food chain, but this was beyond frustrating. There were three young employees joking around and having fun — which is great, I’m all for enjoying work — but they completely ignored the basics of taking care of customers.

After I placed my order, they prepared the food but never called my name. I waited for about 10 minutes before finally asking the cashier what was going on. She asked her coworkers, and one of them said my order was “waiting on fries.” The problem is, the fries had already been sitting there for a while. I know because I saw them — while the employees were laughing and playing instead of paying attention.

I almost lost it, but I didn’t bother because it was obvious the manager didn’t care either. I’ve always liked Popeyes, but after this experience, I think it’s time to stop going.

Be cautious placing online orders. We arrived to pick up over an hour before close but the store said they were closed and didn’t have our food. They said they have no way to refund. The hours on the door said they should be open.

I went to this location at 2338 and they told me they are closed which sign says 10am-12am.second l ordered it online and l went to pick it up and they told they are out of food and l asked to speak to the manager and l was told she is too busy to come out waited for almost 30minutes waiting for the manager and they then came out with food and the manager never came out..THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE EVER!!

We came to this store July 20th. All the food we order was cold and went back to the cashier to ask for fresh one. She was absolely rude and abrupt to us and started yelling that it was fresh when it was cold. The manager was behind her and was just standing there doing nothing to help us. I have been to popeyes in different location this location is the worst when it comes to serving customers and will never go here again

I placed an order online, but when I arrived, it wasn't ready yet, and I had to refill my own soda because they didn't prepped it. The chicken sandwich wasn't fully cooked yet. I think they made it hastily and hastily to close the restaurant, and they also forgot the sauces. It's very annoying because you order to go and get home to find this whole mess.

I truly enjoyed my experience eating here. The food was good, service was friendly and way faster than we expected. This is a fairly decent Popeyes.

Popeyes rocks....tiny pieces of chicekn. A wing so small, when I showed it to the cashier, she and the lady in line both busted out laughing. However, they generally don't really care much how long you wait, or if the food is served fresh at this location.
