This place (and all Potbelly's) are usually really good. This location, however, just lost my business today. The sandwich maker put mayo, tomato, and pickle on a kid's PIZZA sandwich. We were nice about letting her know about the mistake, but she decided to send us home with the same sandwich anyway. My kid didn't eat, and I threw away $6. Manager blew us off when we called to complain, and didn't even offer to amend the mistake.

Came here and ordered a TKY. What came out was a Tuna sandwich. I'm told the manager on duty and they were SO helpful and apologetic. Quickly got us a replacement, upgraded the size one size, and gave my daughter a cookie because she had to wait. Very thoughtful and kind.

Great food and shakes (which they malt for free!) This was my first time in a Potbelly shop, so I was a little lost, but Jasper was very patient and kind the entire night. Definitely recommend.
