Kevin was friendly enough to leave so much of a lasting impression that it was impossible to forget leaving a review. The turkey skinny was delicious and everyone behind the counter on 10/17/2024 had a smile on their face. I'd recommend business lunches there anytime.

Delivery has unfortunately been a terrible experience with this specific location numerous times. Countless times I have ordered via the app 2-3 hours BEFORE closing time (9pm). Each time my food has arrived AFTER 9pm. This leads me to believe they sit on the order and only send out their employees to deliver after close. The app doesn’t not update past the “order received” status.
I am not sure what is going on with management here but this is unacceptable. I know for a fact that this location is not that busy enough for an order to take over an hour to be delivered 10 minutes away. I write this as my order has once again still not been delivered and it’s been more than an hour.

Today 9/29/2024 I had a poor experienced at this Potbelly location. I placed a delivery order that arrived to me completely incorrect.I called the store and spoke with the manager Parvin to explain the stores mistake and request a refund. She explained when I arrived to the store I would receive the correct order and a full refund. I stopped working to drive to the store and pick up the order myself although, I paid a delivery fee. Once I arrived at the store. to my surprise the sandwiches still were not ready for pick up and I had to wait for the order to be prepared. Then there was no reversal of the charges or a refund in progress. Manager Parvin was not able to provide a refund receipt. I was provided the correct order and was told by Parvin that my full refund would process in a view days. I was provided her manager Craig’s information. I contacted Craig to have the refund policy explained. Craig explained that online order refunds are not processed within the store and that paperwork must be completed and a refund will be provided within a week. I have never encountered a refund process like this nor have I had such a poor experience at Potbelly. I’m hoping this poor experience with Potbelly ends with my refund actually being process and this experience will not continue to be more of a headache and inconvenience.

The new staff is TERRIBLE at making sandwiches. The last 3 orders have been either wrong or have had so many hot peppers (and the oil from them) that I couldn’t even eat it. I mean look at how much oil spilled thru the bag…

This is the only potbelly location i will ever order from. The food is fresh, 10/10 service, and always greeted with a warm welcome. Samantha is the sweetest!! Thank you to the staff for always making us feel welcomed , and for serving amazing sandwiches.

I’m REALLY tired of paying for food that wasn’t made properly.I made an online order for a wreck sandwich. I requested extra condiments and veggies. Some veggies and condiments were missing. as far as the ingredients I requested extra of…. instead I was given a tiny sprinkling if any at all. The bread was stale!It’s annoying!

I generally hate paying money for a sandwich I could make at home myself, but this was different. The staff was patient with us and went over everything in their meals. The manager overheard me asking about the potato soup and came out from the back to explain. Turns out all their soups and breads are made fresh on premises. The atmosphere is considerably better than Subway, and feels like a restaurant rather than a kitchen with tables.
