I’m REALLY tired of paying for food that wasn’t made properly.I made an online order for a wreck sandwich. I requested extra condiments and veggies. Some veggies and condiments were missing. as far as the ingredients I requested extra of…. instead I was given a tiny sprinkling if any at all. The bread was stale!It’s annoying!

I generally hate paying money for a sandwich I could make at home myself, but this was different. The staff was patient with us and went over everything in their meals. The manager overheard me asking about the potato soup and came out from the back to explain. Turns out all their soups and breads are made fresh on premises. The atmosphere is considerably better than Subway, and feels like a restaurant rather than a kitchen with tables.

Consistently great no matter which location you go to. Out of the chain restaurants, Potbelly is by far my favorite. My go to the is the Chicken salad sandwich, their shakes are thick and not too sugary. The chocolate brownie cookie is one of a kind. The staff here is pleasant too.

Potbelly has never failed me. However, Yelp and GrubHub have on numerous occasions. Please work with another delivery service. My order failed to deliver TWICE. Disappointing but as for Potbelly- I love them.

Ordered 1-2 a sandwich and a salad with a cookie. Great lunch and the place is clean. They were out of the cookie I wanted so they made a suggestion for s'mores cookie that was great.

If I could give it a zero star I would. I waited 30 minutes for the staff to make a sub. They told me it'll take 15 minutes and then they said we are just wrapping it. I could see it sitting on the side but they kept taking new orders and that was another 15 minutes. When I asked them again, they had the audacity keep working on same cold sandwich and I had to cancel the order. Don't think I'll be come back to this location.

My recent visit to Potbelly Sandwiches was incredibly disappointing. The mismanagement and chaotic atmosphere were overwhelming. The staff seemed uncoordinated and disorganized, resulting in long wait times and frustration. To make matters worse, their online ordering system proved to be useless as my order was completely mishandled, causing further delays. It's unacceptable for a restaurant to neglect efficient online order management. Overall, the experience left me feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. Potbelly Sandwiches needs to address these issues promptly to improve customer satisfaction.

Toasted sandwiches are great and I love their hot peppers. Service is decent and quick. Great outdoor seating options in Fairfax Corner outside and inside the restaurant there are plenty of seats. Recommend for a quick lunch or dinner!
