I love this potbelly and it's very efficient! Also I had a problem with my sandwich before so I left a review and within a day, they reached out and made it right! Thank you to the manager Ridha for the great work! Love this location

CHEAP but Crappy
Went in for the first time and ordered the Mediterranean sandwich - minus the animal products (chicken/cheese). {Since when are chickens considered food for Mediterranean people?}
What a strange flavor it had. I couldn't distinguish the flavors at all.
On top of that, the guy I ordered from wouldn't communicate, and the gal at the register was sneering at me when I told her what I ordered. They clearly don't want to be bothered. Will not go in there again and be treated poorly. I even left a tip even though it's counter service. Go use your money where people treat you well - that's my advice.
Not sure how they forgot the chicken salad on a chicken salad sandwich. I ordered online and it wasn’t ready until 20 minutes after the ready time.
When I told the employees they just started laughing. Waited longer as they just scooped tiniest spoonful of chicken on there
Whole sandwich was overloaded with excessive portions of sauce. Pretty off par experience. This is the second time it’s (meatless sandwiches) happened too

Wife ordered a scheduled pickup order. After waiting 45 mins past pickup time, told the staff to cancel our order and went elsewhere.
Ask for Marele!! She gave great service. Love the Potbelly sandwich shop!!
Don't eat here. Not only is the dining room filthy, they can't make a sandwich right even when you tell them repeatedly what you want in clear English. Made both our subs wrong. 10 people behind us complaining that we're taking too long. Not worth it. Never co.ing back.

We love Potbelly’s, but the subs are never consistent. I got a BLTA and it had one piece of bacon. Considering the B stands for Bacon and is the only meat on the sandwich, I figured it might have more than one slice. Cookies are good, though!

I got an insane amount of lettuce on my sandwich for a pick up order and no chicken in it. I had to call 3 times to get a response. This has happened before, but I dined in the first time so it was immediately replaced. Only had this problem twice but considering that the food is pretty plain anyway and getting more expensive, I don’t think it’s worth it to come back. They offered me a refund right away once I got hold of them though!

If I could give zero stars, I would. My experience at Potbelly in Fair City Mall, Fairfax, VA was beyond disappointing. I scheduled an order for pickup in advance. I ended up standing around for 38 minutes past the promised time. Yes, you read that right—38 minutes late.
Despite repeatedly asking the staff for updates, not a single person seemed to care. No sense of urgency, no apology, and zero communication—not just with me but with several other customers who were also waiting. It was almost as if we were invisible. There wasn’t even a manager present to take control of the situation or offer any form of explanation. There were others waiting for their pick up orders as well, and somehow a few with pick up times after me got their orders before me. In person orders came and went as I continued to wait, I should have just ordered in the store but I stayed waiting after being told mine was being prepared. There was clearly no logical method to their system of preparing orders.
What’s the point of scheduling ahead if the staff doesn’t bother to prepare the order on time? It’s completely ridiculous. Potbelly seriously needs to rethink its customer service, or they’ll lose any remaining loyal customers. I won’t be back, and I’d advise others to avoid this location if they value their time and sanity.
