Not only the most expensive bakery on the planet, but the bagel/croissant which was sold to me (over $5 for 1!) tasted as if it had been sitting around for a week!Never going back!
The staff is very rude. They do not have a credit card machine and they ask you to give your card to enter the numbers manually. I asked why they are doing this for security reasons, and the woman told me “this is how they are doing things here” and added that I am “old-minded”! Cannelle tastes like nothing. I do not think I will evet come here again.
the bakery itself is very cute and chic. I got 2 red velvet cupcakes and they’re extremely good. I love it. I am definitely coming back here to get more soon!! I would totally recommend coming to this bakery. Also, customer service is very nice and friendly.
I tried six cookies and really enjoyed every single one! The pink sugar cookie was my favorite of the bunch but the snickerdoodle, lemon ginger, and chocolate chip followed closely behind.
Some of the items here are good, especially the mini pastries (opera slice is my personal favorite).Downside is those items you are getting have been in the freezer for months. Macarons are left overnight in a walk-in freezer where they will be continually frozen and defrosted until they are all sold. Cupcakes are not baked fresh, but rather defrosted and refrozen daily. For a bakery they feature very few bread options. Even the some of the leftover pastries they cannot sell, they mash up and turn into bread pudding. The cookies may be "baked" in store, but they are not made in store. The dough is made at another location and baked there. When I asked the manager why, she said because their kitchen is not big enough to accommodate making them there, fresh. Isn't that what a bakery is supposed to do?
The baked goods are good, the place is dirty, floor looks gross. The tables were not clean and the employee ( girl) was handing the my tarts with her hands, hopefully clean, since her nails were not.
I have noticed the quality of the baked goods going downhill at this location of Praline, but I tried to give them another chance after a dismal visit two weeks ago where once I got home I realized all four of the cookies I bought were very stale and hard. Today I went in and was buying some cookies for some neighbors that were coming to visit. I bought a dozen cookies. In the past the sales person paid attention to carefully boxing and wrapping my purchases even if it was only several cookies. They were always beautifully packaged and at over three dollars a cookie one would expect that. I wasn’t really paying attention as I was paying while the sales person was packaging my purchase. As I finished she just handed me a small paper bag stuffed to the brim with the cookies and the bag was tearing as I tried to pick it up. I turned around to get help but both people working disappeared into the back room and there was no one available to help. I had to get home so I just left with this abysmal bag tearing at the sides only to find out the oatmeal raisin cookies are stale and unservable. I fear the four macaroons that I bought for my gluten sensitive Neighbor are also stale as they appear hard to the touch. So sad because this used to be a great bakery find. I won’t be returning.
Both ladies who helped me were nice. I tried coffee and blueberry pie and I like itNext time I will try the macaroons and cheese cake its looking so delicious
I went there today at 12:41 and the lady was so rude that I will never go back. She screamed at me because I didn't understand her if I wanted the receipt printed. The Lemon Merengue Tartlet crust was so hard that I couldn't bite it.
Fulfilled all my pregnancy cravings! Lemon cake was DELICIOUS! Best I’ve ever had! Snickerdoodle & sugar cookies are soft in the middle, crunchy on the outside, thee best!

This bakery makes the best becan pie ever, and thd product taste beyond delicious. It was my first time visiting it and I can't wait to try more of the products they have.
WORST BAKERY EVER! I just went there to get some dessert but whoever works there at 7pm on Saturday (woman don’t know she is owner or what) is extremely RUDE. Did i do something wrong? What’s the reason you are giving me a dirty look? What’s the reason you handed me cupcakes like I stole them or something. DONT GO THERE. I WAS TREATED LIKE I STOLE CUPCAKES OR SOMETHING THERE. Didn’t even eat their cupcakes. Go somewhere else please.
A very nice, cute, and creative little bakery and coffee shop! I tried the cappuccino and peanut butter cookies so far and both were good, but they were too expensive (paid over six dollars for those two little things). Otherwise, all else were good and the staff seemed nice.
Red velvet cake ($45) was rancid. Frosting was disgusting, nobody ate the cake. Returned the cake to store, policy is no returns period. I bought the cake Sunday 8/15/21, tried to contact owner same day, no response. Returned to store today (8/16/21). Shameful customer service. Owners words “thank you for letting us know”. You are welcome Mr. Owner. Buyer beware, these cakes are not fresh, the frosting is dangerously old and the frankly the store smells of mold and mildew. Was not looking for refund, just some amount of empathy or explanation after dropping $45 on a birthday cake. If you hate that “getting screwed” feeling, avoid this place.
