Went in with my family , my two sons love pressed however there is a new manager named Tarnisha who lacks basic customer service skills. When we walked in the shop it instantly smelled like weed. Don’t care what you do outside of work but it should be expected that you don’t bring that kind of smell to your job. No one wants to smell that when getting a smoothie bowl. Ruins the experience. Second she was so rude with us and I give people grace but she was so dismissive and gave us less amount of choc freeze than we usually get. My sons were disappointed and she shouldn’t treat longterm customers like this. Will take my business to playa bowl. We miss Dennis the old manager, she should take some notes from him.

I was running errands in the area & grabbed a drink only to notice that it is expired and the sell date was by November 11 while today is November 13. When I called the store the lady who I spoke to when I called to let them know they are selling expired products, who is supposed to be the manager & the sales person claimed at first that she checked the product before selling then when I told her I am more than happy to come back now to show her the bottle then then offered me another solution which is to offer me 1 free drink instead! Never buying from this place again, expired products claiming freshness & terrible customer service! Just be aware

I love pressed but this location always closes early which is so annoying for people who work late and never get to go. I’ll go in at 7:30 half an hour before closing and the guy told me they’re ’out’ of pressed freeze when I could tell he’d just been starting to close down early. It’s really annoying and rude

Ordered via Uber eats. Had covid and ordered the pack of shots. You know thinking this might help my immune system. I ordered 6 different kinds but they gave me 7 of the multi vitamin one. I was to sick to call or ask for an exchange. And I know my order was put in correctly because the receipt on the bag had my correct order. I'll only ever order again if I go in store to see whst I'm getting and they forgot my almond butter for my acai bowl!
Pressed is the best. I have gone here every week since I discovered it, and to be honest their acai bowls and ice cream freezes are much better than the other competitors in the area (such as the one across the street). Every time I go here, the workers are super kind and attentive, and I love all the deals and offers they have. Their ingredients are super fresh and clear for people with food allergies and sensitivities too. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for healthy and delicious smoothies and freezes!
