I placed an order November 9 for pick up the next day. I received this email saying my order was ready. I drove 45 minutes and paid $32 in parking only to be told by the store that my order isn’t ready and they are unable to process my order, Because they don’t have enough supplies.
I must say the staff was not very apologetic and made it seem like it was my fault for showing up. They totally ignore me after being told me my order, wasn’t going to be ready.
I asked for the managers phone number and called about 15 times and was hung up on three times.

Would give a warning before selling unexpected ingredients. Didn't expect almost 30 grams erythritol and monk fruit (fake sugar) and the taste, that amount over 5-10g could cause serious stomach issues. Also doesn't really taste good. Would rather real sugar. Prices ok

ERROR ERROR
first time ever ordering from one of these healthy fruit bowls type place, I'd always assumed it was yogurt underneath with fruit on top but wow I sure was surprised to end up seeing it was like ice cream, I got a small cup of the tropical protein with strawberries, chocolate chips, and chocolate syrup (yeah not very healthy of me lol ik) and it was incredible the ice cream tasted kinda like bread which I actually really really liked tho I do think it was overpriced for the size

Drive all the way from loudoun area as this is the closest location, arrive before closing and while there is another customer getting a juice order I tell the girl working “hey have vip status would like a large freeze please.” Her response is sorry shut it down already 10 mins ago. I tell her if she can please see if it comes out frozen still as I come from far away, she gives me attitude and facial expressions of annoyance and says no I won’t and doesn’t even care to hear me out on what I am actually trying to say. She is passive aggressive as well as dismissive the whole time while I’m waiting for her to finish ringing up the other client she rudely then says sir we are closed. At the same time she gets on her phone to call manager to assist her with vip status issue with the other client while I patiently wait for her to finish to calmly explain what I was trying to say. After she finishes ringing up the client and lies that that was the last client to her manager, she aggressively yells at me to get out that her eyes look like they are about to come out of their sockets. I then ask for her name so that I can put in a complaint about her rudeness and she responds NO, get out. Luckily the manager is still on call and he says let me speak to him. He then realizes it’s me as we know each other and explains the situation of his employee in a calm matter. The issue here is that she works in customer service and needs to remember that and act like it. A client is not one of your friends/family members that you can treat like that and get a pass, you need to bite your tongue and be a professional and hold your emotions in check. If you hate your job so much or have little value for it then find another one, don’t treat someone in such an ugly demeanor. At the end of the day her situation shouldn’t give her a pass on how she treats paying clients. Also if the store closes at a certain time don’t close down things 10-15 mins early when that should be done when the store is closed and clients aren’t allowed no more.

This was my first time visiting this establishment and it will be my last. I walked in and I had to greet the person behind the counter because she was on her phone. After I was told where to get my preordered juices I told the girl to have a nice day and her response was “yea” while she was looking down at her phone or whatever she was doing. If you’re going to work in customer service stop being rude. I will never return unfortunately and hopefully you train your team members to stop being rude.
