Very tasty! I highly recommend this place. I had lunch at Quickway Japanese Hibachi in Fair Oaks Mall — I ordered the beef with white rice and vegetables. Everything was fresh, hot, and filling. It tastes even better when you mix it with the soy sauce and the creamy sauce they give on the side. I also got a bottle of Pepsi — a perfect combo. Service was fast, the place was clean, and there’s comfortable seating inside. I’ll definitely come back again! 👍☝️🙏🇺🇸🦅

Hibachi is ok, but the food here isn’t really anything special. The vegetables that they use for hibachi do not feel fresh, and were so hard that they almost broke my jaw. I did really enjoy the flavor of the chicken though with the teriyaki sauce on the rice, but there were so many vegetables in the hibachi that didn’t feel as soft, and it felt like it took away from the chicken bento being the star of the dish. I also wish the shrimp had a little bit more flavor. I do feel like the California roll I ordered had great taste. The chicken dumpling was good too, as it was packed with flavor.
The food here is decent, but there’s other places where I prefer to get hibachi. I also find the atmosphere a bit cramped, and overwhelmed by how small the dining area is. It also takes a while to get food from here, like 15-20 minutes.

Biggest problem I’ve noticed was one of the cooks went to the bathroom, came out talking on the phone and cooking at the same time, handling food without gloves on, the same hands he touched his phone with. He was talking on the phone loudly, possibly spitting on the food, SO NASTY! Good thing the kitchen is open and you can see because not one cook had gloves on.

I found a gray hair in the vegetables that came by chicken hibachi today :( I called to let them know, but the call kept disconnecting.
This place has good chicken but for some reason the beef tastes like liver?.. but as long as you stay away from the beef you will be ok.. but maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Beef at your own risk.
Very smoky, dirty and awful place to eat. The food is expensive and horrible, don’t sit here for too long or the smoke could make you feel hard breathing.

So I've been to multiple quickways in the DMV, and while this may not have been the worst, that isn't for a lack of trying. The counter employee was very nice and took our order, but I noticed how much was lacking in their menu compared to other locations. I ordered the dumplings knowing that they are fried, but I didn't anticipate them to be mostly grease, barely any filling. My fiance had the chicken bento box, and her chicken was.... chicken, but that was about it. There's not a lot of seating, but it's in a mall, so lower your expectations.
