Very tasty! I highly recommend this place.
I had lunch at Quickway Japanese Hibachi in Fair Oaks Mall — I ordered the beef with white rice and vegetables. Everything was fresh, hot, and filling. It tastes even better when you mix it with the soy sauce and the creamy sauce they give on the side.
I also got a bottle of Pepsi — a perfect combo.
Service was fast, the place was clean, and there’s comfortable seating inside.

Hibachi is ok, but the food here isn’t really anything special. The vegetables that they use for hibachi do not feel fresh, and were so hard that they almost broke my jaw. I did really enjoy the flavor of the chicken though with the teriyaki sauce on the rice, but there were so many vegetables in the hibachi that didn’t feel as soft, and it felt like it took away from the chicken bento being the star of the dish. I also wish the shrimp had a little bit more flavor. I do feel...

This place has good chicken but for some reason the beef tastes like liver?.. but as long as you stay away from the beef you will be ok.. but maybe I just caught them on a bad day. Beef at your own risk.
