The service was fast, friendly and awesome. Emeralds was incredibly helpful. The food was very good, the restaurant was spotless, and the atmosphere cheerful.
By far best value out of all the Cava, Chipotle, etc bowl places I've tried. Delicious and varied Indian food (sauteed spinach is exceptional, garlic naan roll is very good and worth the extra 30 cents over the regular naan), friendly staff, great soulful decor, good rewards program. In an age of cutting corners and enshittification it is refreshing to find an eatery that does everything right.

Antonio and Jacob (not sure on 2nd guys name) were superb in their customer service. I witnessed a customer rudely talking in front of me and he still helped the guest. The most exemplary is he didn’t let that deter from excellent service to the rude guest nor transfer that energy to his interaction with me. I was blown away by their service here. I come often for mango lassi on my frequent visits to mosaic and I stopped in for a bowl today. They deserve recognition and advancement.
