Very lackluster food. Tried the bibimbap and the portion of food was pretty disappointing for the price. For $17, it was 70% rice with barely any meat or vegetable on it. Flavor was also very plain and beef wasn’t particularly good. Wouldn’t return (staff is nice though)

Their tonkotsu ramen with pork backbone is the best ramen I've ever had.

I went in around 11PM when the place only had 4-6 other people. I put in an order for four that only had time to stop by and eat, and their food came out fast. After looking at the menu, I put in a second order for three who had more time to eat. 1/3 of those items got there fast, but 2/3 were missing for a while. In that time, someone ordered something else that came out fast. I had to remind them of the missing items 20 minutes after. At that point, everyone was done eating. In the time between placing orders, maybe 10-15 people showed up, and yet it seemed like 30 people were eating before me.
Somehow the extra noodles for my ramen came out before my ramen. When my ramen was done, they almost walked it off to another table. The extra noodles got cold, so they offered to replace them when the ramen arrived. It took so long to boil noodles that I had finished my ramen, and my broth was getting cold. We had to once again remind them of the missing item.
The atmosphere seems clean and cozy for late night dinner/drinks, but the service was so bad that I couldn't enjoy it. The food was okay but not worth the time I waited.

Food has complex, balanced, flavors. Katsu sauce has a special citrus note that makes it so much better than store bought stuff. I could eat it on everything! Always polite, friendly, efficient, service. There are vegetarian options (veggie yaki soba and the kimbap -please excuse any spelling errors). My friends and family all love it as an affordable, high quality, relaxed, place to eat.

Hidden gem, love the veggie ramen and kimbap. Best ramen I’ve tasted in the dmv.

A japanese and korean fusion izakaya style restaurant right next to the Microcenter :)
Seafood pancake was light and crispy, and not too greasy thankfully! Something the table can share! Would certainly order again.
Bulgogi was very yummy! They did not skimp out on the portion size, and was marinaded to perfection. Comes with a bowl of rice and miso soup. Makes me want to try their other grilled meat options!
Crunchy shrimp roll was literally what the name is, a fat roll stuffed with crispy shrimp tempura. Came with 5-6 pieces with wasabi and ginger. Definitely very filling!
All in all, everything was pretty good!!

20250719 Decided to give this restaurant a try after my friend mentioned it awhile back and it was on my way home. I love bibimbap, and this is the first restaurant that I've seen the Doisot Bibimbap which comes with beef ribs. it was so delicious! The service was excellent. The restaurant is a bit dark, and i would prefer brighter lighting. The Kim Chi and other smaller dishes were okay. The Kim Chi has a funny taste, not like the ones in other Korean restaurants.

There is a large contrast in taste between some items. I ordered the shrimp/veggie tempura & they were very tasty. But, the chicken soba noodles were very tasteless. Even after adding sauce, it still had no flavor.

Everything here was great. The ramen and sushi were excellent. The music is at a volume where it can be enjoyed, but does not overpower conversation. The lighting is low enough to be relaxing, but high enough to read the menus. The bathrooms are clean, the whole restaurant is clean. We will be back.

Sundubu (spicy tofu soup) and beef bulgogi were good and reasonable price. Bean sprout and cucumber banchan were tasty too. Good place for korean foods.

Ever since my husband and I stumbled across this place about 2 months ago we’ve been coming back here for our ramen fix.
On Saturday night -10pm (07/05)- we were both craving ramen and remembered that this place stayed open until 1am! We made the 30min drive to satisfy our craving and it was worth it.
We always order the same thing
Me: Takoyaki & Regular tonkotsu ramen (maybe an extra egg)
Husband: Chicken Karaage & Spicy tonkotsu ramen (extra chashu or noodles)
If you love ramen and don’t know a place that’s open late, this is the place to go!! And if ramen isn’t what you’re craving they do have other dishes as well.

this was my first time having Korean food, and it was absolutely delicious. The temperature was perfect, neither too hot or too cold. I had three items and no complaints about any. I highly recommend this place and will visit again.
