I have come into red lobster a few times in the last week, as I am here for work and each time it has been a great experience the Manager Andrew and server Myriam have taken great care of me and they are so nice and inviting. Each time I come in I have requested them because of the exceptional first experience that I had with them my first time here. Those two are a great team and work very well together. I recommend asking for them you will have such a memorable experience. I only come and eat when they are here if not I go somewhere else.

Both Andrew and Myriam were great at serving us. The food was great, but the best part was the service. Andrew stopped by a couple of times to see how he could help us when they were out of an item. Myriam was a great server as she was very attentive to us and had a warm, friendly attitude during the entire evening. Best service from both of these two. They need a raise!

After a long hiatus from Red Lobster, my husband and I returned for dinner and were served by Carlos G. While he was attentive and prompt with our requests—earning him a 20% tip—we felt his service style needed refinement. Specifically, Carlos should be coached on patience, as we felt rushed to order and uncomfortable when he hovered while we were settling the bill.
