So for me, the service and the attention and staff are very nice and very kind. At the time they were out of hush puppies. The biscuits were undercooked a little mushy, and the Admirals Feast I always get was dry, rubbery didn't taste good at all.

We hadn’t been to this franchise in years and went for a Saturday night dinner. The restaurant wasn’t busy and we were able to be seated right away. The server was very nice, but also really forgetful and we had to ask for things multiple times.

The menu was really disappointing for someone who can’t eat seafood or beef 😭 Luckily they allowed me to order grilled chicken from the kids menu. They really should add that to the main entree menu for those who can’t do seafood, steaks or burgers.

All in all, the food was great and everyone enjoyed their meal.

The food was not fresh at all and the server never offered me bread and he knew absolutely little about the menu. The best thing was the bake potato

With Fabio as Mgr, Steve as Asst. Mgr, and Keeley as our server, we enjoyed the outstanding service and rapport we had while dining at the Fairfax Red Lobster, tonight. The other servers and staff are also cordial, expedient professionals whom always make our dining as delicious and hospitable as one could ask. Thank you once again for the years of great dining at Red Lobster Fairfax.

I love this Red Lobster and the new menu is really great! I got the Sailors Platter and a rock tail lobster that was absolutely delicious. Mary, my server is Outstanding and she had been my choice whenever I visit for at least 10 years.

I do wish that they would bring back the signature Red Lobster tartar sauce. It seemed to change after COVID and has not been the same since. It’s almost akin to the original Coca~Cola recipe.

We had our grandmas 85th birthday here, it’s her favorite place. They were so accommodating and sweet. Honestly, great food! Beautiful memories made and we will be back!

I have not been to a Red lobster in about 20 years because my last experience gave me horrible food poisoning. But I figured now that they have a new CEO, and I've moved to a new area, I would give it another try at a different location, especially with all the buzz on social media about the seafood boils.

I have to say the cheddar bay biscuits never get old. I got the coconut shrimp first. They were just okay, but definitely nowhere near as good as Outback Steakhouse. I would not get those again.

I got 2 cocktails... The Purple Haze and the Pina colada. Both were very good and they did not skimp on the booze!

The seafood bag was good, though level 1 spicy is a lot more spicy than I expected. I also got a side of the roasted parmesan and Old Bay sauce. On its own, this was just okay but when you mix it in with the Cajun spice, it comes together wonderfully. Next time I would definitely try the roasted butter as a dipping sauce. I wish I was allowed to request the andoillee sausage could be added to the Maine Lobster bag (right now it's only available with the other bag).

The crab was still steaming, and the meat was perfect, not mushy. I got the asparagus with crab on it, and that was also better than expected.

Service was great. My waiter Tony was kind, attentive, and made sure the table was wiped down between courses, something that you surprisingly see very rarely anymore, especially at chain restaurants.

The only negative I will say is there is definitely a strong musty smell when you walk in, which is really off putting. I came to the conclusion that it's because they've got all that carpet in there, and the heat coming off the lobster tank to keep it oxidized I think is the main culprit, but in general carpet in a seafood restaurant is a bad idea, with how even minor spills will hold a smell in the carpet. Otherwise the interior looked nice.

As I was passing by on the way out, they happen to have the kitchen door open. It looked clean and well-organized back in there, something I always try to check for wherever I go out to eat.

Overall, I enjoyed my experience. I'd consider coming back, especially if they continue to renovate their menu. I'd love to see more fresh options that aren't so full of salt (more salads, etc ).

I also definitely really appreciate how they are getting in on social media and bringing in more young people.

Big shout out to the new CEO for all that he's trying to do. Please keep this up! This was nice and while I'm not generally big on chain restaurants, I will definitely look at going to Red lobster more often in the future.

The service was fast since we I went around 11:20. The calamari was solid as an appetizer. I got the original garlic butter boil(didn’t look like a lot of sauce but it was more then enough)The shrimp & potatoes were great, needed more meat on the lobster & crab legs.

I would definitely go again around the same time to avoid the crowd (it got relatively crowded fast). I had no issue

Pros
Cheddar Biscuits
Fast service
Food came out quick

Cons
The mains needed a little more meat.

It came out to 65.89 (no drinks, just water)

Food is no different than what it was before. Very mediocre, not worth the photo. Very little has changed on the menu other than the addition of the seafood boil. There is very little to choose from. Not much of a variety. I wouldn't dare spend my money on a boil here when Red Lobster is not known for seafood boils. The biscuits and drinks were good though. Owner has more work to do.

Servers were nice, drinks and biscuits good like always, but too much cost cutting, combined with higher prices, mean I won't be coming here any more. The plates are waaay smaller than they used to be, and they don't give the pre-dinner salad anymore.
