I love Red Robin. Been here many times. Food is always good. Today I went for lunch. Food was delicious. Beer was barely chilled. Kinda disappointed. However, the worst was the smell of the place. I sat at bar. It reeked of old mop and flat beer. It was really stinky. I didn't finish food or beer because it was so bad. Not sure if the employees are used to it or just don't think it's an issue. I don't blame the person who served me, as she did great. I tipped very well. The restaurant stinking is not her problem. Not sure if I will go back for awhile.

we love this Red Robin location for their speedy service, quality of food, and pleasant customer service. We gone here about once a month or so for the last few years and have always had excellent and friendly service and it's the only restaurant in the area that we'll dare venture to with our 4 kids (including twin toddlers) bc they're so accommodating.

I ordered something I couldn't eat because of allergies. It was my mistake. I was just going to take it to go and give it to someone else and not eat. The manager came over and helped me out and got me another meal I could eat.
He was so gracious and polite and made me feel less uncomfortable about the situation.

Natalie was great! Very sweet and attentive. Never had to wait long for anything. We had the blackened salmon, bonzai burger and tossed chicken tenders. Love the bottomless steak fries, sweet potato fries and homemade chips! Thanks for the great meal!
