Never been to an establishment that makes you feel like it's a burden to provide basic service. Waited 10 mins at the bar on the side for attention. The 3 bartenders were carrying on with eachother instead of helping customers. Then after going to the center where they were and asking for a menu, one would think that they would come and take the order. However, they kept on flirting and carrying on amongst themselves and after 20 mins. We walked out.

Played pool for less than an hour on Feb 12, 2024. Upon returning the balls, a lady requested my Credit Card once more. I thought she wanted to close it. Besides the regular $12 fee, an additional $16 was charged.A week later, I spoke to the manager regarding the matter. I asked if he could review the security footage to confirm that I only played pool for less than an hour and made no additional purchases. Management failed to resolve the issue.

Went to play darts and pool. The dartboards are in great shape. The price was reasonable and the food was excellent too. I really enjoyed the music they had at the front of the house with the dj while we were playing darts. The servers were all very polite. I look forward to going again.

Visited for Thursday night drinks with friends recently. Everything was good except at the end of the night one bartender took my card to pay for a drink and didn't make me select a tip, and rather, just selected his tip on his own on the card machine. This was not the norm leading up to this so I didn't like this action taken by the bartender. Next time, I'll ask specifically to see the amount I'm tipping to avoid this.
