Hainanese chicken was chewy. Ginger sauce was a bit on the salty side. Really wanted to like this place, but when you wait for your food to be cooked and no communication about what's going on it felt a bit like a let down. Decided to change the order to To Go Instead. Perhaps it was the time of day... I'll give them another try.

The chicken is great and the owner is super nice with his services ! Hainan Chicken rice should be your must try and under $10 is an unbeatable! It’s halal chicken too!!!! Came with their homemade chicken broth when you dine in. Their fire grilled chicken legs are my favorites! Ordered the Vietnamese style chilli chicken noodle soup today and was so surprised about it! The soup is sooooo delicious and portion is as always amazingly great! You should not miss this place!

It's inside a Chinese grocery store. Not ver impressive. The sign of the Hainan Chicken Rice got my attention, because I was watching a Taiwanese show, this dish was mentioned. I was very happy with my purchase. The owner/ cashier/cook ( it's a one man show) cooked and bought the food to me. Perfectly executed chicken rice. I will be back.

First time trying this place even though I’ve passed it a few times. I got the lemon grass grilled chicken flat bread sandwich and grilled pork rice box. He’s the only one working there so he can only take an order at once and makes the food. They have a wave sensor in case you don’t see anyone at the counter ?It’s definitely so worth it and I love the taste. It’s great for its value and I definitely go back again. Their hai nan chicken is something I would like to try next time. The owner was super nice and greeted us with a warm smile. Highly recommend !

Just need to be patient with the service, freshly home made style food with reasonable price.

Hidden gem! Inside the food court of 99 ranch. I got the combo platter which was a great value! All the prices seem reasonable for what you get. The grilled chicken leg and chicken curry were especially delicious. I hope this place get more attention.

I actually discovered this place from Uber Eats ads, I tried out Pho brisket - nothing fancy but pretty flavorful. I guess it works if you shop at 99 Ranch and hungry for Pho. It's convenient.

This new restaurant took over the former Filipino stall towards the back of 99 Ranch. Odd menu makeup of rolls, gyros, and Viet soup offerings. There are also 2 menus - one that is much more limited and then a full menu on the counter with all the soups and additional Viet food options. We didn't ask to clarify, but should offer one menu to avoid confusion. We tried a gyro, which was just ok. Meat was a bit dry, fries that came with it, literally could count the quantity. There was no line in front of us yet all this took between 10-15min. Confused why a Viet place is selling gyros (no viet fusion or different take), which are just ok, nothing great.Parking: Private lot

The food is very decent. The price is very reasonable. The one I got in the pic was $8.75. The taste is delicious. I see this area is not so crowded so Please come and support!

For the great reviews that I read, I was not impressed. Pho was very small and taste was just ok; however, the fried spring rolls were good. Sometimes quantity is a quality in itself.
