There are 65 different spices listed on the Wikipedia page for indian spices. But out of those, according to this place, only one adds any taste to Indian food and that is red chilli powder.I ordered four different dishes for takeout. On the order page there is an option for choosing spice level. Out of the possible options - Medium, Very Mild, Mild, Spicy and Very Spicy, I chose Very Mild. I sincerely expected that since they had provided these options, that they understood what Mild and Very Mild would mean. I was wrong.All the dishes had red chilli powder (swimming in oil, which is a separate issue altogether). All the dishes were Spicy.When I called, I was told that if you don't add red chilli powder, Indian food is tasteless.So, I assume the 64 other spices listed on the Wikipedia page for Indian spices are useless? They don't add any taste according to this catering service.I remember my mom used to make a variety of different tasting dishes using roughly five things - Ginger, Garlic, Cumin, Coriander and Garam Masala. These five items can be combined in 31 different ways to get a variety of tastes.Unfortunately this place is unfamiliar with any of them.To their credit, they did offer to re-do my order within two hours (which I could not do) and the rotis did appear to be home-made.I also have to commend them for listening to me and offering a solution. this is not something that Indian businesses generally do. So kudos to them for providing an option.I just would like them to consider that there are other spices in the indian subcontinent other than red chilli powder and use them in their cooking.

Always love going there. Wouldn't go anywhere else. The hospitality and the taste is to die for. Have no words to describe the excellent personal care taken by the staff. If you haven't been here then you are really missing out. HAVE TO GO THERE AND HAVE A MEAL.

Excellent authentic Indian food!

We have been to this place for the first time on my friends recommendation. We have impressed by looking at the menu. It has lot of verity options for vegetarians. so we ordered, a soup, bread with paneer curry, Dosa and rice item. When we got the soup, tried the first sip of it and thats it with that first sip we understand this place is not right for us. Because the soup is not hot. I feel like they took out from the refrigerator and heated for for a minute or so. The taste is not so great. After that we got our main course of dosa, breads with curry, The chutney's I got with the dosa smells like not fresh, Seems like they made it couple days back and reusing it. And finally the curry for the bread was tasteless. Overall the food was a disaster for me. I felt like wasted my money. I will definetly not go there again

Very poor quality serviceThis year we did Rupa Vira catering with all signature dishes and whatever (Priyank Vira) he made promises that all false.1) Chafers not stabler and not working in well condition,2) They forget to bring serving Chafers-Lids3) They forget to bring serving tray,4) They serve cold, burn and roasted food5) Dessert- Extra sugar as compare to regular.once party is over i explain to him what exactly happens here, but he did not listening to me and he's not going to accept his mistakes after that he raise his voice as well as he change voice tone too.They really don't know how to talk with client specially priyank vira he don't have manners how to talk with client, i think he should be learn how to behave with client post business.Although I have enjoyed the food in the restaurant many times in the past, the very poor customer service I received has definitely soured my opinion of this establishment.
