After 45 minutes of being there the manager came out to tell us their was a technical error in the kitchen, and our order hadn't printed and that they were making our food now, and it would be out shortly. When my steak came out, it was quite rare compared to the medium temp that I ordered and I had to send it back to be cooked a little bit more. I'm sure they were rushing to get our food out since we had waited close to an hour at that point for it. To top it off, my meal came with a specific dessert which I chose a different one. Instead of comping the $5 upcharge for waiting and hour for our meal, they charged us for both the regular dessert for my spouse and the $5 upcharge for mine. $200+ (with no alcohol) to wait an hour for our food while 2 other parties that came in after us ate and left before we received our's was interesting. The waitress was very nice but even my drink didn't get refilled during that entire time. Usually we have great experiences at Ruth's Chris but this one lacked.

3 course meal was a great value. I got the ribeye that was perfect. Calamari appetizer was delicious. The waiter Hassan was well informed, provide good recommendations and great service.

Mason was very helpful, attentive, and never had us wondering, "Where is he?" Highly recommend requesting to be in his section if he's in that day. We genuinely enjoyed ourselves - it's been about 3 years or so since we had Ruth's Chris in this location and the revisit did not disappoint. All of the staff were friendly and even the GM came over to ask us about our experience at the end. Can't wait to come back! P.S. The steaks were as great as we remembered but the Creamed Spinach is exquisite!

The food was good - met general expectations but service was very slow. We knew it would take a while given NYE, but we rarely saw our server and when we did he was hardly engaged. I left a decent tip because I'm like that but come on, it shouldn't take a half hour just to take our order. And to sit for a long time with no water.

Tables very close to each other so was rather loud. Waiters and staff seemed overwhelmed. Took a long time to be served. Food was good.

Our server was excellent, but there were missteps. There were 7 of us, and when the food arrived four of us were given the wrong plates, with two getting mixed up between well done and medium, and two being mixed up between ribeye and filet. As for the food; something of a disappointment for me. Having eaten there before I was looking forward to a delicious prime ribeye steak, but instead it had the grainy texture of Costco prime, not aged prime beef.

Although we were a bit late for our reservation, everyone was pleasant and we did not feel rushed. Food was good, my family enjoyed Thanksgiving menu.

We had an excellent meal last night. Service was phenomenal with our server Mason. Food was delicious. This is definitely the best Ruth's Chris location around. We have tried others in the DC area. We will now make this our go to.

Mr. Edwin and Mr. Said are THE BEST! The steak is always cooked perfectly, and the sides are phenomenal. I visit here at least twice a week and it's always a great experience.

My husband and I had a lovely steak and lobster dinner last night to celebrate his birthday. The service was wonderful and attentive, and all the courses were delicious. We plan to go again very soon.

This was a special event with wine tasting paired with several courses. Very nice evning, but I felt it was a little rushed.

The food and wine, especially the wine was very good. The soup was luke-warm if not cool. The bread service was late. The pork belly was good as was the steak. The waiter came around a second time with an extra stuffed potato and said he was giving it to us, put it down on the table and walked away. He then turned around, said he needed to give it to another table, picked it up and walked away. We found that very odd since it had been placed on our table and left there. All in all it was a good dinner, a bit pricey, but if the soup had been warmer or even hot, and the bread delivered at the same time as the soup, it would have been perfect

Amazing Amazing experience all around! Travis and Mason made us feel like we owned the place. The food, the steaks, the appetizers, the salad. The recommendations that Travis provided was outstanding. Can't wait to go back again.

My wife and I have dined here a few times a year over the past 12 years. It is always a pleasant experience, but manager Scott and his team made this one stand out. Our server, Mason, was excellent. He suggested the Calamari made with a sweet Thai chili sauce. AMAZING !!! The fall season steak filet special was a hit with us both, and you should definitely try the pecan maple buttersquash. You won't regret it. Just the right level of sweet. Finished off the night with a couple of their rich and wonderful desserts and great conversation with Scott. He and his staff worked hard to make a great experience look effortless. Everything but the steak was well done. Many thanks.
