Have purchased meat here that turned out to already be spoiled. This has happened more than once. And employees have a very bad attitude, as if helping customers is an inconvenience. I'll stick to trader joes in the future.

Employee at Western Union seemed too confused and did not know how to locate the MTCN I have n I produced picture of the recipes. He also kept talking to other employees, after having me wait for a long time to even assist me at the counter in the first place

It is good for a forgotten item, but the pharmacy never answers, they don’t have hardly any organic produce and some of staff is snarky. Also the Starbucks has been unstaffed multiple times.

Wow. This is my first time ordered online and picked up. What a service?! App was so easy and guy who brought my order so professional and polite. I am disappointed myself not remembering his name. I do my grocery shopping online very often but this was the best. Didnt expect this from safeway though. My pick up number was 5423 just in case if you want to recognize the person who brought my order.

Food is consistently moldy and expired. I've gone here off and on for 4 years as I live very close and they simply sell expired and visibly molding food in EVERY AISLE. Cheese, fruit, bread, premade mac and cheese. 8/10 times I have shopped here they have sold me visibly molding food. Begging you to just drive 3 minutes to Giant on Braddock and protect your family's health

O.K. $8.99 for a watermelon. Prices are definitely high here! At self checkout said watermelon rings up at $10.99! Really? I had to walk back to produce section to grab the tag with the product number on it. Now it shows correct price. The new TRUMP TAX on working people is bad enough without being overcharged. Trader Joe one mile away has five time more shoppers in half the space. Just no watermelons. LOL

There is never a cashier on duty just some guy watching you use self checkout but still pay Union store prices. Would not recommend. I wish there was a food lion in Fairfax county

The store has gone down the hill. They only have self checkout unless there is a line. Then they opened a register. If you have more than 10 items and unfamiliar with how to ring things up it slows down the line. This is not excellent customer service. They only have 1 at self check out to help with 5 self check out registers. Not a smart move on Safeway's part .This is why I rarely shop here. Do better.

Very bad service to 0 service, Very incompetent supervisor, I had a full csr of groceries & the chip on my credit card did not work, he refused to manually enter the number in & i went to get my other card and came right back and he already had put everything awy & would refuse to help me out.
