Very delicious vegetarian Indian food!

Kanwal Bhatnagar

Food is generally good but I would strongly recommend to avoid mint dosa.

for me,the best Indian I've ever had.

I've eaten here a few times, and everything is mindblowingly amazing.

if you like Indian food, and can handle a bit of spice, I highly recommend it.

For $20, you’ll have a blast! We had SO many clearly marked vegan options. It was a very welcome stop after a long drive through Carnist country 😪.

Best place for vegetarian food. Delicious food and lots of vegetarian choices.

This is a peaceful, clean and delicious place to eat. The server is so kind and patient. Service is great. The food, the food 🤩 its delicious. No need for meat when you have all the different dishes in front of you. When done with your food, you get desert, always something different. The only downside is the price. For a vegetarian restaurant, maybe it should be $15.
Nothing will stop me from coming back though. Oh , before i forget, now they have punch cards, your 7th visit is free. ☺️

It's impossible to not love this place if you like South Indian food, great vegan options, and welcoming service.

Excellent vegetarian Indian buffet. You won't miss the meat! There is plenty for vegans and people who are gluten free.

Their Dosas and South Indian delicacies are top-notch. The rest of their Indian food is also really good. We go there for lunch, buffets occasional dinners and have catered from them as well.

The BEST Indian food in town! Truly the BEST Sambar in the DMV.
We loved everything we tried, from dosas to uttapams to paneer tikka masala -- everything is cooked FRESH, comes out in a JIFFY, is served piping out and actually delicious. We can't wait to try more dishes, but it's so tough when your faves are soo good. My fave/go-to dishes are the Mint Masala Dosa and the Uttapams and my bf's are either the dosas (try the Paper Dosa if you are feeling hungry) or the Panner Tikka Masla.
The Owner is friendly, professional and has great customer service. We are always happy to see him and there are so many regulars who greet him and feel the same way.
Whether it's coming here from long, busy work days, stressful appointments, we can always count on Sarvana to deliver high-quality food in no time!

We arrived in time for the lunch service, which was served buffet style. Hot masala dosas were served upon request, at no additional cost.
The server was understanding while serving our group of 4 adults and 3 children, as we made multiple requests for dosas.

I highly recommend their masala chai.

The buffet had a wide selection from biryani, idilis upto chaat options of paani puri and pav bhaji.

The dessert choices included gulab jamun, paysam, and gajar halwa.

The bathrooms are clean and all features, from the toilet to the soap and tissue dispenser and the water faucet, are sensor-operated. There is no necessity to make contact with anything!

Overall, a food stop that is highly recommended.

We were wandering around looking for a place to eat and saw that there was a lunch buffet. Good choice! We are originally from NJ but live in the Hampton Roads area, where except for one or two exceptions I can think of, the Indian places are more catered to the American palette. Happy to have a relaxed meal with a more familiar taste — all vegetarian as well. Happy it came with dosas too! We'll probably stop again next time we're visiting family in the area.

Really disappointing experience. I ordered the Gobhi 65, Paneer Butter Masala, and roti/phulka. The Gobhi 65 was tough and way too salty, the Paneer Butter Masala tasted sour and off, and the roti/phulka was dry like it had been sitting out.

Honestly, one of the worst Indian food I’ve had in Fairfax. I would not recommend or return.
