The food is disgusting, stringy beef that tastes like it has been soaked in sugar, mushy brown rice, the salad dressing is a small container of on orange sugary substance and the “sushi” rolls smelled so bad (fishy) I couldn’t eat them. There was a spec of dried ginger I was afraid to touch. Servers were friendly and the food came out in three minutes, which should have been my first clue.

One of the best places to go for bento, and if you buy from them often and have a rewards card, you are eligible for a free chicken bento or teriyaki entree. I also highly recommend their dragon roll and chicken spring rolls. Service is fast in getting out orders, and the food is always fresh. Highly recommend.

First off, I’d like to preface this by saying I NEVER review places because I just don’t care enough to do so but this place… this place had me thinking for the next 8 hours how HORRIFIC this food was. I know it’s a fast food place but it was so bad I felt like it was my duty to say something. I got a beef bento box and the sushi smelled like a fish market(tasted like one too), fried rice and beef tasted like it came from a can from 1934, and salad tasted toxic. Only thing that was kinda ok were the dumplings and miso soup. Spent almost $20 on a mediocre excuse of a food establishment. If the food wasn’t bad enough, the inside felt like a sauna. I really hope the owner sees this and does the community a service by closing this place down for being the embarrassment that it is. Never again.

I CANNOT with Sarku and employees’ insistence on dumping a gallon of teriyaki sauce on top of the food after it’s cooked. The cook put sooooooooo much sauce on the rice it turned the whole meal into soup. If I wanted rice and beef stew I would’ve went somewhere else. Teriyaki sauce is full of sugar and obscene amounts of it on a meal is GROSS. What makes it worse is that I specifically asked the cashier if the cook dumps extra sauce on the food since the sauce I requested was spicy and this person was like “no”, so either he lied to my face (which makes me not want to go back) or he wasn’t paying attention to what I asked (which also makes me not want to go back). Not all POC like extra sauce on every freaking thing. Sarku is why diabetes is rampant in this country.

The location is good but busy, the food is not bad but the service could be more friendlier.I came a little bit after lunch time and there was no one in line. The worker came over, did not greet me and just stood there. He had a face like he didn't want to be there. I ordered the chicken teriyaki with fried rice and veggies. He gave me my receipt and didn't say thank you. Proceeded to get the orders ready. I waited in the seating area and one section seemed a bit dirty. The food did not take long so I left and when I got home the portion was fine and food tasted good. When the worker gave me the food, he didn't ask if I needed anything nor did he say thank you. I think a bit more of friendlier customer service and cleaner area is needed in this location. Otherwise it's not bad.

I have been to many locations and this has got to be the worst location thus far. I have tried to come back to this location three times to see if I would experience a better experience but it has always been disappointing. After waiting almost 20 minutes for them to make my food. It came out cold. I was watching the cook the whole time since you can see straight into the kitchen behind the register. Almost looks like he Preheated meat that was already cooked on the side. The vegetables were cold even though it was supposed to be freshly done. The rice was warm. And the tempora California roll was not even close to the other locations. It fell apart and they didn't cut it properly so it stuck together. The tables are always very sticky. Will not come back to this location againKid-friendliness: Family restaurant
