Shake Shack Mosaic District

This is my most frequently visited Shake Shack location. The food and service is always great. But for some reason, when we visited during one of the coldest week of the year, they have no heating! I can’t think of any reason as to why they would turn the heating off when it’s so cold outside. We originally wanted to dine in, but had to take out because of no heat. At least it’s a seasonal thing. Please turn on the heat, for your customer’s and your employees’ sake!

I came here on a very cold day hoping for some food and warmth. I got the food. But heating was practically nonexistent. It was like 40 degrees in the restaurant. It wasn’t just that the heating was on low. It felt like it wasn’t on at all.

Its has plenty computers to order your food. The tables are always clean when not in use. We only waited for our food for 8 minutes.

We’ve had burgers at other nearby locations and have liked this spot the most. Quality is good and staff helpful. Parking is also easy

The staff at Shake Shack were incredible — fast, friendly, and always smiling. Even during the rush, they treated every customer like family. Great energy, great food, and even better service!

Good burgers. I would rather eat at BK, bigger burgers and not as expensive. Shake Shack was about $140 for 5 people

I love this place! The avocado bacon burger is amazing every time, the fries are always crispy and the new garlic parmesan ones are delicious, and the inside has super nice decor. I was also pleasantly surprised to see gender-neutral bathrooms here. Highly recommend this location!

Food was amazing but service was even better! Everyone made my soon-to-be 11 year old Son feel like the Star that he is. Highly recommend this location with the awesome and friendly Staff! Keep up the amazing customer service Andy, Karim, and the rest of Team!

Food was good and so was the service. The price are pretty good as well. I spent $11 on my meal. Wasn't very hungry so I didn't get fries but have had the fries before and they were pretty tasty.

The food was really bad quality. We got three different burger and they were all untasty, clearly prepared in rush, without care. The avocado in one of the burgers was so hard as if you are eating a rock! The fries taste was meh! Anyway, last time tried there!
