Tip creep continues at the store with truly abysmal customer service. I ordered online via the app. I wanted to order a beer but had to order in the store, which is perfectly reasonable given US alcohol laws. I ordered the drink at a kiosk and awaited an employee to verify ID, and no one showed up. I eventually walked to the front desk, where I was told to wait for ... something... as the employee stood there and did nothing. I eventually placed my drink order and noticed that a take-out bag had arrived. The employee did not call out the name for the order. About 5 minutes passed, so I asked who it was for as the food grew cold. Turns out it was my burger chilling and getting old while I waited and the employees did nothing. Eventually I was able to pay for my drink, and the employee who did nothing then asked me for a tip through the payment system! This is absolutely ridiculous.

Burger sponged up all the greese for a extra oily burger, maybe then cooks can wait for the excess oil to drop off before dumping all the oil on the bun. Hoping management can read this and add this step to cooking process.I understand a burger is greasy but this was way overboard. The bun was wet from the oil.Was looking forward to a burger but couldn't bring my self to eat it all...couple of bites and just ate the fries.

Ordered a burger with lettuce and onions, they gave me a burger with tomatoes and lettuce. I made this known to the cashier and returned the burger, to only be returned a burger less than a minute later. They only removed the tomatoes from the original burger and put onions on it. I plainly do not eat tomatoes nor food that it touches, so I gave that burger to a friend. I went ahead and ordered a second burger with only lettuce, and when they brought it out it had three bacon bits on the bottom of the bun. I got a refund and left.The place was empty, yet silly mistakes are still being made with a full staff on deck. Easily 0/10 experience, and never returning to any shack shake, let alone this location ever again. The absolute negligence in the kitchen is beyond me.Dietary restrictions: If you have strict dietary restrictions do not eat here, food safety regulations are clearly not followed here, the idea of cross contamination is non existent in this kitchen. There is little to no attentiveness by kitchen staff to follow whats written on the food tickets.

This branch is ridiculous, i wanted 45minutes to get an harmburger and had to I canceled the order and when I asked the manager why it takes so much time her just shrugged, and the dude was beyond arrogant.The sketchy thing is when skewed the time stamp in three refund receipt to show the duration between placing the order cancel to only 25 minutes!
