My spouse usually helps me get the bubble tea and would get the rewards card stamped then bring it to me. So I ended up with multiple cards for that reason. They have a new rule now that the card cannot be combined?! I have 20 stamps spread out in a few cards and they won’t honor it. I bought over 20 drinks and their poor excuse is ‘we don’t combine stamps anymore?’

There are 2 kokee teas, 1 Vivi tea and 1 kung fu tea near us and they all have online rewards system. My spouse buys drinks at any of those locations
and give my number to add rewards easy. So not only this Share tea doesn’t have an online system, but they also have a lousy physical reward card that they won’t honor. Also, these physical cards have expiry dates on it. Very CLEARLY they want to have a ‘reward system’ but hope that no one can redeem it ever. Yea no, taking my business elsewhere. That’s over 20 bubble teas purchases in the future every few months that you won’t see from us again.

They not only have awesome tea but also the toppings. Regular pearl milk tea is must try item. Oolong tea has gental taste. Black tea is stronger, Green tea I feel is between them. Anyway I love there of these tea.
QQ happy family is my favorite.

I have been going to this boba shop for the last 5 years. Drinks are consistently done well, and I am a huge fan of the mini boba ( one of the first shops to do it). Any time I visit Nova this is on my list to visit. I had the pleasure in trying the fresh taro drink. The texture and sweetness were
welcoming.

The atmosphere changed from a hang out spot, to a grab and go vibe. Still the staff are always friendly

Overall, I think ShareTea is a good Boba place to go to with good service and somewhere that is not overly crowded compared to other places in the area. I enjoyed some of the drinks there such as the Thai Tea and the Honey Milk Tea, which I would recommend having. I want to thank Josh and Vinh for being amazing baristas and I appreciate their service.

Ordered a Taro milk Tea and a Mango Milk tea.. with boba. To be fair the boba was okay but the mango tasted like cleaning solution or something.. Nothing like Mango. The Taro was slightly better but not much but at least edible. Additionally the store had three guys behind the counter, whom were cussing like sailors at 5pm .. don’t normally care about that but I feel like that’s not the type of employee this establishment is wanting? Could be wrong. Anyways I’ll try again but man this was very very bad.

This place is my go-to destination for a special pick-me-up, and their Ice Blended Taro with pudding drink is my top choice. With prompt service and the option to order online for an even speedier experience, it's a treat I always enjoy.

Sharetea is wonderful! I really enjoy the mojito line of drinks that you can’t really get anywhere else! You also cannot really go wrong with the classic milk tea. Josh was a great bobarista. I will come back!

Since moving to this area my son and I have tried multiple boba places trying to find one that reminds us of home. This was the best one we've been to yet. The honeydew milk tea was amazing. I loved that the kiosk allows for selecting how much ice or sugar you want. Quick service. We were in and out in 5 minutes. I will definitely be back!

ordered from kiosk, and the prices were higher than the normal menu. totally understandable cause the 3rd party kiosk vendor takes a % cut but just a lil annoyed.

waited 20 minutes for my drink. no customers except for me and my group of friends. drink did not come out, so i go up and ask about it. turns out my drink order slip did not print :/

had to wait about 8 more minutes for my drink because all 3 employees just started checking out/messing with the ordering kiosk (which is chill, because there’s an issue but i would’ve preferred if at least one person got started on making my drink).

really annoyed that it took so long to get my drink. also just annoyed that after i told them my drink didn’t come out, no one moved to get started on making said drink and just stood there.

Best authentic boba anywhere. Though when I went Thu 5/8 the big pearls may be 2 days old - hard as rocks (hardest I’ve ever tasted) slightly mixed in with fresher ones. Sharetea workers - pls realize that the pearls get stale and hard!!!

I've visited this location before and enjoyed the passion fruit mango, but there's always been an unpleasant smell in the store that hits you as soon as you walk in.

On one occasion, I asked a worker if I could order the boba separately, and I was told it was possible (and I paid for it). I've only done this a couple of times because sometimes I crave the flavor but don't want the added sugars and lack of protein. However, when I visited today, I noticed the worker who greeted me seemed new and didn't fully understand my request. She went to ask the manager on duty (who was just doing her job, so I won't name her here), and I was informed that they can no longer provide boba on the side.

When I asked why, the worker didn’t know, so I asked to speak with the manager directly. The manager explained that the owner, Susan, had recently changed the policy after seeing me order it that way. While I understand businesses need to make changes, it was disappointing, and unfortunately, I won’t be returning.

Customer service could have been handled better. The manager could have apologized for the inconvenience or at least offered to fulfill the request this time, with a clear explanation that it wouldn't be possible in the future. That would have gone a long way in keeping me as a customer. Fortunately, there are other boba tea options nearby, like TeaDo, Teas’n You, and The Alley.

This is the worst boba tea i've ever had.... I got the coffee milk tea and it was the worst thing I have tasted.... This is my first review ever soo do with that as you will. Maybe they had an off night or something but like this was nasty and I feel like throwing up...

I like some of the teas at ShareTea, and I have had experiences with nice and rude staff at this location. I recommend getting the Golden Retriever with pearl boba and lychee jelly. I like the oolong flavor because I felt that it complimented the lychee jelly. This tea was not too sweet compared to the other teas I tried in other visits. I feel like the classic pearl milk tea was far too sweet for me for 100% sweet when I’ve done the same at other bubble tea places and it didn’t feel like 40g of sugar. I usually try to get the 50% or it will feel like a mouth full of sugar. Some of the staff can be rude. I was yelled at by a staff member for waiting behind the table for my tea, and asked if the tea I was grabbing was mine (yes, it was). This was a year ago so I avoided coming here for a couple of months but now I am back, and the new staff are a lot nicer and friendlier. The tea is good though and has a nice brew, but they sometimes go crazy with the sugar, even sometimes at 50%, and it can feel a bit rich for me.
