Not a huge fan of buffets. You always leave feeling... unsatisfied. Like you ate, but was it food? Then I was dragged to Shishkabon Express. Someone here loves to cook, and is great at it. The kabobs are delicious, the biryani was fluffy (I don't even know how), and the Firni pudding and flan were simply amazing. Every bite was just right. I'm not down here often, but when I am, this will become a regular spot!

Very good place to eat Halal food, the Chicken Kabob and fried race are amazing. The space is kind of small and the environment is not the best, but that’s ok. If you dine in, is buffet for 20$. You can also choose the meal to take it off.

A great, local Mediterranean restaurant that offers dine in buffet and catering for larger events. The buffet is very reasonably priced - $18 after including tax, and features very good chicken kebab (the spicy chicken is the best), kubideh, and a variety of curries and sides. The only downside is that sometimes the bread provided with the buffet can be kind of stale, though I was recently lucky to have fresh pita there. I would recommend this spot if you’re hungry and in the mood for kebab.
This is a great place to get food, and honestly, considering the price of an average dish, $15.99 per person for a buffet is nothing. The ground beef kabobs are usually pretty good, as well as the spicy chicken kabob with jalapeno, but the big chunks of beef and chicken kabob can sometimes be bland. I come here quite a bit, so the experience varies. The lentil and chicken soups here are great, along with their tabouleh and fried chicken. Biryani is great too, but I don't take it often because I get filled up quickly. If you have space in your stomach, definitely try the flan. Not everyone knows how to make it properly, and the way that the chefs make it is phenomenal. The lady who runs this restaurant is so nice and friendly.
