Business needs a better online presence. It’s advertised on their social media as closed at 9pm or 10PM except for Tuesdays and Wednesday. Was excited to try rolled ice cream today on a Monday evening (around 7pm) but disappointed to find the shop pitch black and no one there

This place was great! It took a bit of ti. E to get our food, but that was because they were so busy. We got to watch them make our ice cream, whcih was fun. They also made someone else cotton candy in front of us--and it was massive. Will definitely be going back.

A great place for really delicious rolled ice cream. I got the Ferrero Rocher/Nutella and my friend got the Cookies and Cream rolled ice cream (I forgot their names but they're pretty distinguishable on the menu lol), both of which were amazing - the ice cream was so rich and creamy and the additional toppings made it all even more flavorful. I definitely recommend the flavors we got along with cookies and cream bits as well as the Nutella and condensed milk drizzle. What made this place even better was the service. We came late at night and the place seemed packed and there were only two workers who were clearly so busy. Despite the overwhelming number of customers, they both were so patient, helpful, and kind given the circumstances. A great place to try rolled ice cream with friends and family!

After a less than pleasurable experience elsewhere today, I took the kids on an "adventure" (aka drove further than I wanted to) and we ended up at Smash'D Creamery. Service was quick, the place was extremely clean and organized, and the rolled ice cream was absolutely delicious. Although this place doesn't have the bubble waffle that pairs wonderfully with rolled ice cream, they offered an unlimited amount of toppings. Thank you for turning our day around, Smash'D!

Smash'D Creamery is such a cute ice cream place in Old Town Fairfax. There's a small parking lot available right next to the building. You have choices of different rolled ice cream or soft serve (although the soft serve was out out our visit). I had to get the Crushin' on U-Bae, an ube rolled ice cream and it was so delicious! I also loved the I'm Berry Happy and one of the chocolate ones as well. Plenty of seating available, including one at the counter where you can watch the whole thing!

Off the rip, the complimentary water was enough for my rating of 5 stars. The staff is also super nice and respectful plus the ice cream is sensational. I wish only the best for this establishment.

Yelp said it was open so we drove over and it was closed with the chains on the door. Googling gave me the correct hours and it had not yet opened.

What a cool place, with great ice cream too. Came here once a while back but on this second visit it was cool to see some upgrades/refinements from my previous visit.One of the big draws is the rolled ice cream which you can watch be made in front of you, the ice cream making process is super cool to watch and worth the price of admission. The ice cream itself is super creamy and thick and just so good. My dad enjoyed the 'normal' ice cream as well and the flavor options they have range from normal to explorative which I appreciate.

I usually order the Thai Tea rolled ice cream when I go here, and it never disappoints. Of course, Thai Tea is always on the sweeter side, so keep that in mind if it's your first time ordering!

Omg i absolutely love this place!! It's close to campus for all the GMU students! The staff are great and knowledgeable and they have little games to play while you wait or eat! It's a cute date spot surrounded by other shops in the area. I would definitely stop by if you have the chance!
