I was disappointed with the service during my visit. I would like to be a regular customer, but the inconsistencies are frustrating. I ordered a venti white chocolate latte and a cup of ice, which I never received despite my request. When my drink arrived, it was the wrong size. I informed a staff member, but they simply insisted I had ordered a grande and refused to correct the issue. It’s just coffee—this should be a straightforward process!

I was eating there and I saw a discrimination service for another latin person who asked to use the bathroom. The cashier said that her policies had changed recently, and he can not use the bathroom. The store was empty, the man looked nice and respectful, and she doesn't provide the service in this nice community.

I used to visit this Starbucks regularly. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop by and grab a hot latte. The latte was good—a smooth, warm coffee drink made with strong espresso and steamed milk, which was perfect for today's weather. The service was okay, but my table was sticky and had some cookie crumbs, which I had to wipe off myself.
The coffee isn't as good as what you can get from some local cafes, but it's still pretty good, and there's a good amount of seating and outlets to use. The employees are friendly and fast.

This is literally the worst location in northern Virginia. Keep in mind, they can pay to have negative google reviews removed. They can’t do that for Yelp. Check out the Yelp page for this area. 9/10 times my drink is not correct. They also don’t fill it all the way. I order brown sugar shaken espresso with cold foam and caramel crunch topping. They gave me 9/10 times a brown sugar latte with cold foam and no topping. Because I order the cold foam I guess they assume I won’t be able to tell if the espresso is shaken so they just add in regular espresso. Avid coffee drinkers can tell that shaken espresso is frothy. I started off my phone call with the manager by asking if they had the crunch topping in stock. She said they did. So obviously the workers just chose not to add it. Corporate is already aware. I will be calling and complaining again today but their district manager needs to be aware of this. If you’re going to offer shaken espresso, add the shaken espresso. Just make the drink correctly. Huge shoutout to Diego. They happen to be working every time I come in, and I rarely come in. It's really funny how we have the same name. I don't really like starbucks drinks or food, but Diego is a great example of how great customer service is what makes people keep coming in.

My daughter went to get a drink with her friend and the guy said the f word 2 times trying to be quiet her friend did not here but she did there was stains to she said at least one of the workers hers and said stop because she was right next to him so she herd and there were only 2 workers working and they forgot the coffee cake and there was no one there except her and the workers luckily there were just picking it up
