Placed a drink order for the reusable red cup giveaway for a holiday drink but wasn't given my cup. I ordered a white chocolate mocha and the kid said my cup didn't qualify. I called the store and a girl said it's the peppermint mocha. I checked the app and the regular white mocha is listed as a qualifying drink. I will never go back to this location again!

I was disappointed with the service during my visit. I would like to be a regular customer, but the inconsistencies are frustrating. I ordered a venti white chocolate latte and a cup of ice, which I never received despite my request. When my drink arrived, it was the wrong size. I informed a staff member, but they simply insisted I had ordered a grande and refused to correct the issue. It’s just coffee—this should be a straightforward process!
I was eating there and I saw a discrimination service for another latin person who asked to use the bathroom. The cashier said that her policies had changed recently, and he can not use the bathroom. The store was empty, the man looked nice and respectful, and she doesn't provide the service in this nice community.

I used to visit this Starbucks regularly. Since I was in the area, I decided to stop by and grab a hot latte. The latte was good—a smooth, warm coffee drink made with strong espresso and steamed milk, which was perfect for today's weather. The service was okay, but my table was sticky and had some cookie crumbs, which I had to wipe off myself.
