When employees serve drinks, they don't call customers name nor drinks name. How are people supposed to know their drinks are ready for pickup?

The reason is 2 stars because I just buyed 1 cookie crumble Frappuccino and saysed that the machine was broken how is it broken
After 6pm never can find mocha frappuccino, they saying "we dont have" every single day

10/10 DO NOT RECOMEND! I will NEVER revisit this establishment simply due to the lack of professionalism shown by the shift supervisor. I stopped by friday 2/23 for breakfast the staff was kind however not attentive. I had to ask for a cup of water multiple times at the drive thru window along with my order. As I was waiting a cup caught my eye. I asked to see the cup she held it up as if i was going to drive off with it and leave my food. I ended up purchasing the cup and asking for a receipt. I NEVER got my receipt. After looking at the cup I decided I DID NOT LIKE IT hence why I wanted to look at it first. I decided to return to the establishment that evening to return or exchange the cup. I am not upset because of the no receipt no return policy but how can you not after asking for one and not receiving it! No one could find a record of my $35 purchase even after giving them the amount and exact time of transaction. The staff was doing the best they could. Christian and the other young lady at the window tried the best they could without a supervisors help. When the supervisor finally decided to come out he did not even attempt to speak with me to see what was going on or if there was anything he could do to resolve the issue at hand instead right in front of me he looked at his staff said no and walked away.

The staff was nice. I understand it gets busy and such. No complaints about the location staff but the location had a visit from who I am assuming is their District or Regional Manager and she was very rude to them. I didn't appreciate that.

The staff and service are average. However this review is about the District or Regional Manager. It is honestly outrageous and disruptive to patrons if we have a higher up manager yell at all the employees and embarrass them. This is not a good environment or look for anyone included. Starbucks please remember to train all District and Regional Managers proper professional behavior!

Terrible customer service. I’m pretty much the only customer, only ordering a plain vanilla bean Frappuccino and it literally took 15min. They were talking so much that they forgot my order was still on the blender. Definitely unsat and don’t recommend going to this Starbucks.
