The staff was nice. I understand it gets busy and such. No complaints about the location staff but the location had a visit from who I am assuming is their District or Regional Manager and she was very rude to them. I didn't appreciate that.
The staff and service are average. However this review is about the District or Regional Manager. It is honestly outrageous and disruptive to patrons if we have a higher up manager yell at all the employees and embarrass them. This is not a good environment or look for anyone included. Starbucks please remember to train all District and Regional Managers proper professional behavior!
Went there after lunch, there was a bit of a wait because there was only one barista. I really appreciate her kindness despite being so preoccupied. She made a great brown sugar shaken espresso too.
