05 Sep 2025: First, this location was not busy when I walked in but the counter staff (a skinny older man) appeared to be busy tending to stuff other than customers. Took his time acknowledging guests lined up at the cashier.

I had a mobile order to pick up but wanted to tip in cash so I asked him to break a $20.00 bill. He said he couldn't do that which means there was no tip for the barista who did all the work. Sorry but you have a part in this.

The baristas who were hustling and cranking out drinks were pleasant and efficient, they made the visit worthwhile today.

I’ve always been a loyal Starbucks customer, but my recent visit was very disappointing. My friends and I sat on the empty patio for just a few minutes when an employee told us we couldn’t sit there. I had planned to buy coffee, but after that experience I decided not to and I don’t plan on returning to Starbucks again.

I’m new to the area and I recently took a liking to a specific drink from this spot so it slowly became a part of my routine after work.

Today I went into the store and a lady came from the back, shouting at me that the store was closed. Not only that, but she literally shooed me with her hands as if I was some unwanted animal. This is an absolute DISGRACE and not a way to treat people. Please replay the cameras for August 3rd, around 8:10pm.

There were no signs and the door was open.
No problem if someone forgets to close the door, but I don’t appreciate a wild hog chasing at me and shooing me as if I’m a farm animal.

I had to ask this lady if she was using ASL because I genuinely couldn’t believe that a human was shooing another human being, I was hoping it was an interpretation for something else but it was not!
I have never been spoken to like that in my life. It was absolutely disgusting.

She is of big build, short and her teeth were messy, she wore a black shirt. I’m not sure if that’s a good enough description but I am BEGGING the organizers of this establishment to RETRAIN that animal or consider replacing her with someone who knows how to treat human beings.

Do better Starbucks!

Bought a venti pike with room. They didn’t have the half and half on the beverage station. When I asked for extra half and half in a cup was told there’s an additional charge for extra cream. I drink Starbucks 2 or 3 times a day never heard of this before.

Bad because they took at least a hour to get my drink. And they weren’t busy

Location is wrong on Google maps. The shop is in the next building over, not where it's depicted on maps.

This place would be a 20/10. Probably my favorite Starbucks! The employees were so sweet and so patient that for the first time in my life, I left a tip. I got an iced mocha(soo good and perfect for the weather) and my sister got a mango dragon fruit water refresher(also perfect for the weather). I was with a group of friends and it was so much fun, for sure coming back here!

Today, I visited a Starbucks where I used to study often. Before I moved out of the area, I would come here about two to three times a week to do schoolwork and enjoy a cup of coffee or just grab some iced water. Today, I asked the young African American woman working at the counter for a cup of ice water, just like I’ve done many times in the past.

To my surprise, she told me that Starbucks now has a new policy: if you don’t purchase anything, they no longer provide water. I was genuinely shocked to hear this. I’ve been to several Starbucks locations recently, and none of them refused to give me water—even when I didn’t order anything. I couldn’t help but wonder: When did this new policy start? Why isn’t it applied at other stores? And if it is a new policy, why is it being enforced so inconsistently?

If Starbucks has truly implemented this rule, I respect that. However, if this was a personal decision made by the staff member, then I believe it’s unfair. It left me feeling confused and a bit disappointed, especially since I’ve always had positive experiences at this location in the past.

I rarely leave reviews, but I felt the need to share my experience.
The drink I ordered had almost no flavor—just tasted like milk. I politely asked if it could be remade, but the response I got made me really uncomfortable. The staff seemed annoyed, and the atmosphere changed immediately. It was honestly disappointing and I left feeling unwelcome.
I don’t think I’ll be returning.

The barista was so rude. I tried to order a drink for a friend using a photo of her order (so that I wouldn’t mess it up in trying to decipher it) and the barista refused to look at the photo and just kept staring at me yelling “huh? Huh?” I would have liked if either of the two women working there would have tried to help. I left and he sarcastically called out “have a nice day” as I left empty handed. Very unkind.

I bought a drink and the amount of ice in the cup is crazy like why am I even paying for this if I drink it in 3 sips

I've come here a handful of times to pick up mobile orders. My drink was ready at pickup, tasted good, and the staff pleasant. Prices are ridiculous though, thank god I had a gift card.
