I often order a drink from this Starbucks in the mornings. The morning staff is wonderful. My drink is always ready when I order via the app, it tastes consistent every day, and the baristas are just the right amount of friendly, without being overly perky in the morning, which is appreciated. When I’ve gone in the afternoon, they’re great then too.

Today at around 12 noon, we placed an order for 2 hot mochas via the drive-through. Unfortunately, upon receiving our order, we discovered that it was cold. We immediately returned and informed them about the issue, and asked if they can change it and ensure it was extra hot. They agreed to do so, but when we received the replacement drinks, they were still just as cold as before. It's unclear what might be causing this problem, but something needs to be addressed and fixed in how they make their coffee

Sometimes the service is okay but will get complained by a staff member that i show up too early for my order and can never correctly make my cold foam right especially when i ask for extra.Kid-friendliness: Some staff members can be very nice to kids

Love Starbucks, but this one just disappointed me. The barista first took the order. I was waiting for the caramel crunched about 20 mins. After that the barista just asked me what was my drink, what I’m waiting for. Well, the service here needs a bit more work.

First time I've had terrible service at Starbucks at any location. Alexandra was cold, rude, and disrespectful for absolutely no reason at all. Coffee is the highlight of my day and she was so rude that it about ruined my day. I will not be using this location again.

First time at this location. Stopped in for a cold brew - Grande - with cream. Paid with the Starbucks App.Drink came up fairly quickly. Drink was strong and delicious - got the ole neurons firing in just the way I needed...Service was good!#Starbucks

I ran inside to go to the bathroom and grab a pink drink, unfortunately the bathroom was nasty. Looks like they do not have cleaners at night. The base of the toilet ?. The floors in the entire place looks as though it was never mopped. Needless to say I did not order my drink from here.

1st time at this location. I walk in and was surprised there was no line. I stand in front of the cash register and wait. There was 3 employees working and not a single one made eye contact, nor acknowledged my presence. They just paraded around as if I didn't exist. After a few mins this customer comes in and cuts in front of me. She starts complaining to one of the employees her drink was made incorrectly and wanted it remade. The customer didn't even care she cut in front me. Then again, it is rare these days to find a human who actually respects another. The employee doesn't tell her I was in line waiting before her, or says "let me take care of him 1st". Just me standing there again like I don't exist. Instead of speaking what was on my mind, I just left to save myself the stress I didn't need. In the end, that customer ended up saving me $5.
