This is my preferred local neighborhood Starbucks. We have 3 within easy walking distance, but this one is consistently fast, not crazily crowded, and I have received far few mismade or poorly made orders from this location comoared to the others. The staff here is also really warm, I love the morning crew!

Awful costumer service. I asked to scan my membership QQ but he said we dont. I tried to stay calm how you cant scan aren’t you same Starbucks? Never will come again. The food wasn’t good either.

Previously I had a positive experience at this Starbucks, so I returned tonight & ordered peppermint/ mint tea & hot water & was told by the young woman with long dark hair, she did not have mint tea & could not sell me hot water either, that her manager told her she could not do this; despite other Starbucks offering this. I was going to make other purchases but left & went to the Starbucks around the corner & got my mint tea & hot water & made my additional purchases. Very disappointing experience on this rainy, cold night at the Starbucks at Safeway.

Stopped by to grab some sandwiches and a coffee and had a really pleasant experience! The cashier (lady with short hair) was sweet and was making sure they had everything to complete my order. The other associate (taller man with curly blonde hair) was also very kind and grabbed me everything I needed for my order. They were both nice and had a great energy to them. Also got my large order out quickly and hassle-free!
Ordered signature hot chocolate and the barista gave me peppermint drink. She was kind enough to make me another drink but it was terrible. I have had hot chocolate here before and it was super delicious.
