This is my preferred local neighborhood Starbucks. We have 3 within easy walking distance, but this one is consistently fast, not crazily crowded, and I have received far few mismade or poorly made orders from this location comoared to the others. The staff here is also really warm, I love the morning crew!

Awful costumer service. I asked to scan my membership QQ but he said we dont. I tried to stay calm how you cant scan aren’t you same Starbucks? Never will come again. The food wasn’t good either.

Previously I had a positive experience at this Starbucks, so I returned tonight & ordered peppermint/ mint tea & hot water & was told by the young woman with long dark hair, she did not have mint tea & could not sell me hot water either, that her manager told her she could not do this; despite other Starbucks offering this. I was going to make other purchases but left & went to the Starbucks around the corner & got my mint tea & hot water & made my additional purchases. Very disappointing experience on this rainy, cold night at the Starbucks at Safeway.

Stopped by to grab some sandwiches and a coffee and had a really pleasant experience! The cashier (lady with short hair) was sweet and was making sure they had everything to complete my order. The other associate (taller man with curly blonde hair) was also very kind and grabbed me everything I needed for my order. They were both nice and had a great energy to them. Also got my large order out quickly and hassle-free!

I went to get my order today and the only thing missing was my drink. I asked the staff many times where is my drink and they said they would check to see if i ordered. After finishing 3 drinks the staff finally went and checked if I ordered. With only 1 minute of checking they said they can't see my order in the system. I then was forced to go and get my phone from the car to show my order. As I showed the staff my order they said nothing about it until I asked if my drink was the drink sitting in the corner. She then grabbed the drink and asked if the name on the drink is mine. It was mine. I waited for so long for that one drink and it was resting in the corner. Horrible customer service. No staff even apologized, they were so rude.

Ordered signature hot chocolate and the barista gave me peppermint drink. She was kind enough to make me another drink but it was terrible. I have had hot chocolate here before and it was super delicious.
This is a quiet hidden SB found inside Safeway. Seating includes 4 tall tables with two chairs each, plus one long rectangular dinner style table seats six with individual wood/metal seats. Sorry --No sofas or plush chairs! Has great AC, soft grocery store pop music, and one electrical outlet between middle tall tables against large window. Perfect for low key work or break. Next door is a BUSY SB, with more seating. patio area, and louder with people.

Tried the new Iced Caramel Cloud Macchiato a week ago and craved it ever since. Today I came to this Starbucks to satisfy that craving and was mighty disappointed. When I got my order, there was no fluffy foamy goodness whatsoever in my drink. I asked the barista if this was the cloud macchiato and she said yes and went about her business. I'm so sad :'(
