Terrible experience just now with the lady at drive thru.
People were wonderful. Drinks to sweet. But it's all good. Pumpkin spice is back.

I went here for a drink for my bday and these precious three employees working today made me feel so special. I've never been to this location and yet as soon as they heard bday they went all out for me and truly made me feel special. It's the little things in life, and since I'm celebrating alone this year, those three employees unknowingly made my birthday go from 0 to 100, just from their small acts of kindness. 💜

I always like going to this Starbucks because it's close to me, always for my almond milk cappuccino. But lately, they've been leaving me completely empty of the large size I buy. I'm basically just getting a small cup of coffee for about $6. The guy at the front desk is very friendly.

I can't type on my computer because they have the AC on ice age in summer and winter! However, I added a star because this place knows EXACTLY how to put cold foam on a hot drink :) Someone only messed it up once but otherwise they have made it several times perfectly. And they dont make comment when I get a bunch of modifications. This is one of those locations though that dont sleeve -- I used to work at Starbucks and our location always did so people didn't burn their hand but oh well?

a medium vanilla latte cost $6.66 not including tips, which is over priced. my order is to go, but tips is still there.

I want to use the restroom and he said its for customers only, even though I ordered coffee before, then he said sorry we closed, I find that very rude and I need to use the restroom really bad for number 1.

A steady stream of cars in the drive through but not a long line by any means: the entire team was focused on pumping out vehicle orders and giving the impression of ignoring folks coming in to stay. Got the default “hi” walking in which made the 15m wait standing at the counter that much more insulting.
The priority should be weighted well between the folks “coming in” by car and “coming in” physically through the door. I’m not saying I’m an expert in how to run a Starbucks but there’s got to be a better balance.
