The male “shift leader” rolled his eyes at me twice while I was trying to order. Once because I asked a question about redeeming the bogo drink coupon and another time because I wasn’t clear how to apply the coupon. The leader is casting a horrible shadow to his associates. Treat customers like they are dumb. Perfect. It also took over 20 mins to get 2 drinks and it was not busy.

Please try the breakfast sandwich options with egg. I typically enjoy a hot beverage from here but this month I had a feeling for a cold drink to match the season. There are plenty of tasty options to choose from.

Must have visited during an off time. Few people in this store and busy staff on their drive thru. Very clean and inviting to sit in their spaces and enjoy the coffee.

Drive-thru set up is horrible. It extends into the service street and impedes traffic flow. Also, the nitro cold brew w/ foam I ordered must have been sitting for a long time because there was no actual foam on the top of the drink.

Waited 25 minutes for 1 drink, watched my drink sit there (waiting to be blended) while the baristas (3 of them) made about 10 other drinks for people, some who ordered after me. Drink was watery too? It was a blended drink?

To All Starbucks - Please Stop begging for tips!! I am already paying $7 for a cup of coffee. Re-calibrate your system so it does not ask for a tip. If a customer wants to give a tip, you can have a cup for change/tips.

So I go in this Starbucks every morning that I'm in the area and hang out for a couple hrs then get on with my day. This morning I came in and the shift supervisor (Alberto) was very rude in his tone like he was talking to a piece of trash all I asked for was some breve after I ordered my drink but I apologized because I know they charge (I worked for Starbucks for 7 yrs up until December of last year as a Manager) and he was just like you need to tell us this at the register because we charge and I said I know I forgot I apologize but it was the way he said it and the yelling that has made me angry especially since he always seems to have an issue when I come in or if I'm just there. Everyone else is great I get greeted by name and they know my order but this one person is the nastiest of them and thinking bout rethinking where I get my tea in the morning.

I stood at the register for 5 minutes watching three employees chatting it up off to the side, no acknowledgment that I was waiting to be helped, however when I left they all chimed in thank you ? I can go just about anywhere and be insulted like that, no thank you I will not be returning!

Yikes. Here at 11am on a Monday. Sticky dirty tables, the windows have old coffee splashed on them, the floor is grimy. The window frame by me hasn't been wiped in a long time. Yuck.All it takes is a quick minute or two to wipe tables, clean the floor.2 drinks took over 10 minutes at least, and it wasn't busy. Not sure what's going on at this location.If I didn't have a meeting here, I wouldn't have visited.~~ Jack ~~
