I stopped into the store to pick up some gift cards to give away at my stores during visits. I walked in to the Pan Am center location and was promptly greeted and assisted. What became the icing on the cake was seeing the training session that was happening with two new employees. As a training manager for a growing franchise brand, I feel like training can sometimes be a second thought for lot of businesses. It was awesome to see it happening during my visit ! Not because training was needed, but because there was an established training culture that I know will give the employees the information they need to succeed in their roles.

Great coffee at a decent price food is amazing

I don’t write reviews but this place is bad. Only Starbucks I’ve ever had a bad experience with. The barista refused to remake my drink as it tasted nothing like it is supposed to. Additionally, my drink was only 3/4 full when I got it. Don’t come here.

I ordered a Cappuccino from this place, I know it’s a “lighter” drink, this morning when I picked up my order I felt it’s super light - Is Starbuck’s bar this low now?

I loved my iced matcha lavendar latte. It was perfectly foamy unlike other nearby starbucks i have been to.

The turkey pesto sandwich that I received today was a joke. Where is the rest of the turkey?

Everyone was friendly, my drinks were made quickly and correctly. The store is clean and the service fast!

For some reason every time I get a drink here it tastes awful, especially if the barista Yeni makes it. She then proceeds to tell me I made it correctly, like no this is the only store that makes my drink differently. Very unfortunate this is the only one on my way to work Another barista remade my drink and it taste so much better, I wish I got her name but just proved Yeni doesn’t know what she’s doing

I usually don't write reviews but I just have to say something. I went into a local café today and actually enjoyed myself without having to deal with workers screaming. The difference between that place and this Starbuck’s is like night and day so here I am. My experience at this location has been beyond unbearable. Starbuck’s used to be a quiet and relaxing spot where I could get some work done or have a conversation over a cup of coffee. Not anymore! One of the workers in particular is unbelievably loud, she seems to think the entire cafe is her personal stage for broadcasting her life story at maximum volume. It's so disruptive! I get that employees need to chat but I can hear her even with my headphones on if you can believe it! It's ridiculous I've complained before but nothing changes. I'm done. I work remotely and would love to use my neighborhood Starbuck’s occasionally but it's not worth paying a premium price for this lousy atmosphere. I'll be making my coffee at home, thanks!

This location is a hit or miss with its baristas. One of the baristas here is extremely rude (she wears a blue fedora hat). I’ve witnessed customers coming up to her asking for the their orders and her tone always comes off aggressive. Otherwise, the rest of the staff has phenomenal customer service.

This is a nice spot, but they definitely need to hire more people. I came in because my order was delayed by over 5 minutes, and found only one guy working to make the coffees.

So, I'm here on a Thursday morning. Been sitting here for roughly about an hour. Let me tell you, this team is on point! The team here has been moving non-stop and I'm not exaggerating. They take turns with cleaning, serving, making, cashiering, etc. They are super jolly and set a great mood. My hot chocolate was delicious as was my spinach and feta wrap. Truly amazed. Y'all need a raise.

Parking: Large parking lot for the shopping center. There is parking on the side of the shop as well that is not in the main shopping center parking lot.

Wheelchair accessibility: The side parking has handicap parking and ramp on sidewalk. Although the location is narrow, there is plenty of room for wheelchairs. All tables are wheelchair available too (not grounded and small enough to move if needed).
