Terrible Steak and Shake. I honestly wish that Mason replaced the Steak and Shake with a Burger King. I can't count how many times that they've messed up my order. When I asked for double steakburger with cheese n' fries, I got charged separately for the cheese and fries. The servers here are also really rude and gave me attitude. The burger tastes pungent, like a mouth full of onions. I rather walk across campus to go to the nearby Mcdonalds.

This review is for Steak and Shake located in Sunrise Blvd near then Sawgrass Mall. The service at Drive Thru was terrible and the shake, not only took too long but the shake was terrible. With 3 cars ahead of me it took 1 hr to assistance and the service was terrible. I will avoid this specific location for any future ordersParking: Lots parking available.

Worst grilled cheese sandwich ever. Cheese wasn’t even melted and still cold on the edges. Inside was slightly warm but not melted. Basically ate a bread with a slice of cheese.

This is not a real steak and shake. The food is mason dining plus. If you like soggy fries this is your Mecca!

got their single patty steak-burger off the starship bot yesterday. it was my first time trying it ever and i can honestly say that food was a 8.5/10. my only complaint is i ordered large fries and i wish they had filled it up to the top. small portions. other than that it was delicious. i’ve heard a lot of complaints which hindered me from trying it in the first place but i was very surprised. assuming it won’t taste like this all the time i consider myself lucky.

I had an experience similar to Tawsif's and it might have been the same employee that mistreated him but not sure.I was waiting to get my food and thought I heard my order number so I went to go pick it up. As soon as I went to the counter to pick up my food the first thing the employee said to me was "Can you hear?" deciding to insult my hearing in a crowded Johnson center instead of helping me, the customer, confirm I heard the right order number. When I re-read the order number to him and asked politely if it was mine (because he wouldn't tell me) he condescendingly replied "YES". This happened a little more than a year ago and I haven't been there since.
Oh my gosh’ my favorite fast food friendly franchise. We don’t have them in Pennsylvania so when we come through heading to Florida it is a must have and my kids will beg for it. So yummy it practically melts in your mouth!!!

The burger was like a lukewarm mcdonald's burger and the fries were crispy but kind of bland. Either it was a bad day when I went or the operator should ensure better quality

The food is mediocre and the shakes are pre-made and stored in a freezer. They are served far too thick and if you get a specialty shake it's normally not well blended in
