We’ve been ordering take-out and delivery from these guys for 14 years now. Love their pepperoni pizza! Quality food and reasonably priced.

Horrible customer service. I’m very shocked since I’ve been ordering from here for years. The new website for ordering obviously has glitches. I ordered as I usually do from Falls Church but it said the Clarendon location was closest and to order there. I was confused but accepted the change. I paid and waited. The Clarendon location called and said the Falls Church location was closest and they would transfer order. Very polite and very kind. The lady at the Falls Church location charged me twice and kept saying that it was my fault and was not listening. She was extremely rude and disrespectful. Sad to say this will be the last order I place.

5 stars for great customer service (in addition to tasty food!). We've been here/ordered delivery several times and have enjoyed them before, but this last order really showed their dedication to customer service. We ordered delivery, pizza and a salad, but when they came to the door, it was only pizza. I had forgotten we ordered salad and the delivery guy left before I remembered, but they had voluntarily upgraded the size of one of pizzas and so I hadn't thought it was a big deal. About 10 minutes later, unsolicited, the driver returned with our salad, profuse apologies, and some baklava. Very much appreciated and definitely will continue to order your excellent pizza!

I decided not to go to my regular place and went to SHP instead just to give it a try. I got a Superano pizza. It was okay; nothing special, and actually I regretted my decision. I probably won't go there again.

Noor upfront has the best customer service he explained the menu to us and made us feel like family !!!!!

First time customer. Ordered boneless chicken kabob. Grilled chicken was nicely spiced, juicy, and perfectly cooked. Rice, salad, and chickpeas served on the platter were tasty. Flatbread pretty good. Customer service was great - very nice guys. I'll be back again soon.

Was just passed by one of the cooks who coughed right into his hand and walked back to the kitchen, not washing his hands, and started cooking again. Absolutely disgusting. The tables were covered in trash and nothing had been wiped down in days. Contemplating calling the health inspector.

Wanted to try pizza that was different and this didn't disappoint. We had several types of pizza and they were all delicious. The beef pepperoni and real good and different and the veggie supreme was great. They delivered and the driver was super friendly. We will definitely order again.
Not the best experience. I called in an order for take out and I was too distracted by having to go back inside ask for the hummus I ordered to notice that they gave me baked ziti instead of the pasta Alfredo that I ordered . The pizza was as good as any you can get in the frozen section of the grocery store and the ziti was average less the ricotta . I doubt I will return.

Simply put, in my opinion this is the best pizza. Hands down. The crust. Fresh ingredients. So much better than the big chains. Try it and you'll see and taste the difference
