I had asian ladies serve me and my family. They messed up our order several times and were rude. Even condescending when we asked for a receipt. No thanks.

Just got a sandwich from this place. The lady working there seems to have an attitude. Seems to have temperament issue, she had an annoyed tone when I asked her to repeat herself. Very unpleasant experience but ahh well…
They messed up my order by putting an ingredient I was allergic to on there then remade it without ingredients. I also came with a dog after placing an online order, I tried to call 3 times to see if they can meet me at the door but no response. When I arrived I opened the door to ask if they could walk it to the door & they asked me to come in, despite the legally required sign that says no pets- only service animals.
FIX YOUR PHONE and please make sure employees understand how to remake and handle issues.
I go to this location often, but when I picked up my order today on 6/21/2025 at around 8:20pm, a Latina employee (I have only seen her there once before) discriminated against me. Don’t think I will go back here anymore

Me that never got an order. I asked them if there was anything they could do, they told me no and was very rude of them to not even offer to make it. I showed them the time it was placed and their address and they still didn’t care….

I didn’t realize subway had pork in their meatballs (it was not on the menu sign) till after I paid for the order and I was talking to my friend on the phone and he told me. I called this location and over the phone the man said I can bring it back and get a different sandwich. When I got there, the lady at the front was being super stingy and wasn’t letting me get a new sandwich and I brought the old one back to show I didn’t even open the sandwich (sticker was still in tact). I also told her the man over the phone said it was okay. After getting no where with her, this super sweet lady Ruth I believe that’s her name, called the manager and Ruth gave me the thumbs up!! I asked Ruth for a chicken teriyaki and she gave it to me with a smile :) she made my day! The other lady is stingy and rude and I know she’s not even the owner or manager😂 she kept trying to push it on me like it’s my fault but Subway used to have beef meatballs and there were no ingredients listed for the meatballs on the sign nor a change. Thanks again Ruth, that’s good customer service!

Was charged twice for one item by the cashier that didn't know how to use the register. I paid for my order and left after the sale was confirmed, but the cashier chased me out in the parking lot screaming that I didn't pay when I had. This attracted the attention of strangers and was very embarrassing. I will not be returning here.

The only excellent customer service there is Lisa, always with smile and the sub is made exactly the way I wan it. I hope the other ladies get some train in customer service. The Asian ladies are always upset, and are so rude. They need to be replaced!

Worst Subway ever! Bread was hard, Lettuce brown and they ran out of water cups! Bathroom was clean though it says "closed" on the door. Shop is hard to reach without driving out of the way. Inside is small and awkwardly shaped.
