I didn’t realize subway had pork in their meatballs (it was not on the menu sign) till after I paid for the order and I was talking to my friend on the phone and he told me. I called this location and over the phone the man said I can bring it back and get a different sandwich. When I got there, the lady at the front was being super stingy and wasn’t letting me get a new sandwich and I brought the old one back to show I didn’t even open the sandwich (sticker was still in tact). I also told her the man over the phone said it was okay. After getting no where with her, this super sweet lady Ruth I believe that’s her name, called the manager and Ruth gave me the thumbs up!! I asked Ruth for a chicken teriyaki and she gave it to me with a smile :) she made my day! The other lady is stingy and rude and I know she’s not even the owner or manager😂 she kept trying to push it on me like it’s my fault but Subway used to have beef meatballs and there were no ingredients listed for the meatballs on the sign nor a change. Thanks again Ruth, that’s good customer service!

Was charged twice for one item by the cashier that didn't know how to use the register. I paid for my order and left after the sale was confirmed, but the cashier chased me out in the parking lot screaming that I didn't pay when I had. This attracted the attention of strangers and was very embarrassing. I will not be returning here.

The only excellent customer service there is Lisa, always with smile and the sub is made exactly the way I wan it. I hope the other ladies get some train in customer service. The Asian ladies are always upset, and are so rude. They need to be replaced!

Worst Subway ever! Bread was hard, Lettuce brown and they ran out of water cups! Bathroom was clean though it says "closed" on the door. Shop is hard to reach without driving out of the way. Inside is small and awkwardly shaped.

Extremely rude little girls working here. Throwing toppings on the sandwich without any care and when I asked for more toppings one of the Spanish/ Arab looking girls told me no because she wouldn’t be able to close my sandwich. When I kept asking her she told me “it’s just a sandwich, calm down”.News flash! If you don’t like making sandwiches then don’t apply for a job at Subway! It’s a part of the job description! Many people would be grateful to have any job at all. These rude little girls need customer service training.Please just go to a different subway a few minutes away, no one should have to feel stressed when ordering food!And for management, if you want to identify the girls they were working the night shift on Thursday 10/12.

It's better to go in and order verses online, online order incl items I didn't ask for, they put the heel of the onion, they didn't incl condiments requested, in the late evening, the bread is hard, just plain trifling, the sandwich after eating only half, of the nasty tasting sandwich,it literally gave me diarrhea and running stomach allllll night, will NEVER eat from this location again

The food is subway and it was what you should expect to get from subway, so it was good. The staff was fast and listened to what you asked for. They didn’t say much as they were focused on making sandwiches fast and correct. Everything looked fresh (no browning lettuce or spinach, tomatoes juicy etc) The restaurant was clean and organized the best they can with the space they had. If you are in the mood for subway would recommend a stop in.

It is one of the best managed Subway in Fairfax. Fresh tasting veggies. Fresh baked breads. Made exactly to order ? Line can get long during lunch hour because it is popular. Employees are very nice for Subway. Clean store. Employees change gloves once every order.
