Worst customer service ever. The woman barely spoke to words to me besides what did I want and when I paid she didn't say Thank you or anything. I know it is subway but I expect to be acknowledged. And this isn't the first time this has happened. BUT lesson learned.

I have always been happy with this Subway location in Fair Oaks Mall. The food is always fresh, the staff is nice, and you can sit inside of SUBWAY® or just outside in the mall open space. I'm having the tuna right now and it's fresh and delicious!

You know how it is with Subway it's a middle of the road kind of situation you want to sub but the place you really wanna go to snipe very close so you settle for a Subway sub and frankly they do amazing things making Turkey seem like it all kinds of other meats

I like going here because it's convenient, but the manager really needs to staff it better. You can't have only one person working during lunchtime. While I was waiting in line, two prospective customers walked out, and one of them was ahead of me. To be honest, I think sometime in the past, I walked out because the wait was so long. Please hire more people. You are losing money.
Staff complains all the time about my app order. Tried to argue with me about cookies and drink for kids meal....

It doesn’t have the subway franchise features .. the food doesn’t taste the same.. it’s served in a very poor feature n a bad customer service..

Decided to get Subway for kids while in the mall. My son is very particular about his sandwiches; he wanted sliders with just the cheese. And they wouldn't sell that to us saying sliders can only be sold with steak, and a couple of other things. I said I will order the slider with steak and pay the full price, but just don't put the steak on the slider and they wouldn't do it. Just thought it was weird. Walked out not getting anything; they lost additional other business. I guess when you are already a 1 star business, there is nothing more to lose.

I went today and the roast beef, like all of it, was GREEN. Then they acted like it wasn't by flipping over the meat so you couldn't see it.They also argued with me about it so I walked out.

The guy working there seemed very unfriendly and reluctant to make any order. Didn't seem to care if people are waiting and pretended not to see you despite standing right in front of the counter. The only time he seemed happy was to see me leave after I got my sandwich.
