Food - The fish tasted fresh but the quality of rice was not great. The rice was flaky and longer than the finer sushi grade short or medium grade rice. Completely understand the subpar quality in the rice for pricing. They also didn’t use the shari, vinegar rice, to add for overall umami. At least it wasn’t mushy like some neighborhood sushi place.
Service - since it’s nearby George Mason, they seemed to have hired some college kids to serve. They have zero situational awareness and come by occasionally when called to fill your water or grab your check.
I don’t hate it but won’t be back. The competition is too strong around here.
