It wasn't horrible but I've decided I'm done trying to enjoy this place. The staff stay behind the counter and don't really try to help with questions, milk is listed in numerous flavor formulations so it's less options for me, and it's always roughly $26 for two people. It looks looke a lot but after eating it I'm still looking for something and it cost way too much to still be hungry after. I'm good with skipping this for something else from now on.

sweetFrog in Centreville is my go-to spot for a delightful frozen yogurt treat. The self-serve setup allows me to customize my dessert exactly how I like it, with a wide variety of creamy flavors and an impressive selection of fresh toppings. The shop is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a great place to bring family and friends for a fun and tasty experience. Highly recommended!

My family comes here frequently and loves it. Unfortunately today the woman who was working today at the register at 2:50pm (Sat, Sep 21) was completely rude. I asked if I had any rewards in my account and she said yes, three dollars. Then asked her if put the rewards in and she said yes, but then rolled her eyes. I don't see why she had to do that and found it very disrespectful. I find the rest of workers to be nice expect this encounter was very disrespectful, and I don't think my family will be coming back any time soon.

A food service establishment in Virginia that provides seating must have a clean, functioning restroom for customers during operating hours, by law. A certified food manager also needs to be on the premises during hours of operation. These measures help prevent illness.

At this location, there was no manager and no functional restrooms yesterday. The employee admitted the restrooms had not been available to customers for at least two days. She also said it was "not her problem." This place should not have been open to the public under these conditions.

There are costs associated with operating a business in legal compliance. When owners try to cut costs by not observing basic health codes, they shortchange the public and put consumers at risk.

When you see violations at this or at any food establishment, insist on compliance or take your money elsewhere.

Very sad that a busy place has both of the bathroom broken. I had to step out multiple times to get the girls out to use the bathroom at another local store. I think management should at least put a sign outside of the store stating that bathrooms are out of service. Therefore, it will be a choice of any customer to go to a diferent sweet frog store near in the area.
