My daughter likes the ice cream here, very happy with the attention of the 3 girls and everything very clean, also thanks to them for yesterday’s help in taking care of me very well

i really love sweet frog so much i love the environment the employees are very kind and sweet , i love how the store is very organized and very clean even the bathrooms there always clean this is the first store ive seen and that has a good clean place. i will love to come again.

My family loves coming to Sweet Frog in Fairfax, VA. It is a very well run store thanks to its manager Clara and Jennifer! Always clean, well stocked, and family friendly. I appreciate the staff’s kindness to my parents and they always make us feel special! It’s lovely to come into a store and be greeted first thing and acknowledged for being loyal and repeat customers. We visited SweetFrog on Friday night and unfortunately did not have a good experience. The staff did not seem friendly or welcoming — no smiles, and it didn’t feel inviting at all. When my friend politely asked for a spoon, the response we got was, “you cannot taste a sample here,” which came across quite rude.

On top of that, the prices felt way too high for what we got. Each cup was about $10-12, and not even filled. For that price, we expected better service and value.

My husband and I LOVE this sweet frog location! They always have the best flavors and toppings. It is our weekly sweet treat! The store is also very clean and the staff are very nice.

Customer service needs improvement. No one asked me if I needed help with anything nor greeted me when I entered. I also stood around for at least 8 minutes trying to decide on what to het and no one said a word and I was the only customer in the store. I probably will not be going back to this location.

This is a great spot for frozen yogurt! They offer a wide variety of flavors and a generous selection of toppings to choose from. The shop is well-maintained, clean, and has a welcoming atmosphere. A perfect place to treat yourself or bring the family. Highly recommended!

Self service kiosk is the main attraction for children. Lot of flavors and you can mix and match. Sometimes it becomes crowded but sufficient for small groups. Moderately prices and will visit again.

It wasn't horrible but I've decided I'm done trying to enjoy this place. The staff stay behind the counter and don't really try to help with questions, milk is listed in numerous flavor formulations so it's less options for me, and it's always roughly $26 for two people. It looks looke a lot but after eating it I'm still looking for something and it cost way too much to still be hungry after. I'm good with skipping this for something else from now on.

sweetFrog in Centreville is my go-to spot for a delightful frozen yogurt treat. The self-serve setup allows me to customize my dessert exactly how I like it, with a wide variety of creamy flavors and an impressive selection of fresh toppings. The shop is always clean and welcoming, and the staff is friendly and attentive. It’s a great place to bring family and friends for a fun and tasty experience. Highly recommended!
