I hate the new seasoning on the chickpeas. It’s so disgusting. Bring back plain chickpeas!! Everything else was good

Terrible service. The woman working here didn’t even listen to what I asked for the first time and made the wrong dish. After that, she apologized and passed me off to a coworker instead of fixing the issue properly. On top of that, they were extremely stingy with both the protein and the sauce—even though I specifically asked for extra/heavy.

This was hands down the worst Sweetgreen experience I’ve ever had. For the prices they charge, this level of service is unacceptable. Management seriously needs to step in and address this.

I have had a hit-or-miss experience with this Sweetgreen; for a period of time, whenever I'd get a salad delivered, the container would literally be half empty so it was like eating a side salad. After taking a break I'd go back and have a few decent salads until something else would go wrong. After today's experience, however, I will not be ordering again from this Sweetgreen. I ordered 2 salads, and the lettuce in both of them was completely rotten, wilting, and soggy. It was absolutely disgusting. I did get a refund for the $50 (!!!!) I spent, but I'm so grossed out that not only am I done with this particular location, I am hesitant to ever eat at/order from any Sweetgreen ever again. Such a shame.

I accidentally order at the wrong location and I was supposed to get it at Fairfax Corner and not the Mosaic location, I tried to call them three times and no one answered and as soon as I placed the order, I clicked on cancel and said couldn’t be canceled since it was being prepared. I then contact customer service through the app and someone would get back to me in 24 hours and it’s now been 72 hours and no one has contacted me yet. So I decided to get my food and then I got home and ate some of the food that I order and found a hair in the salad which I wanted to vomit so I threw it out. Waste of money and waste of time. They need to have better communication.

I normally love sweet green. Not sure what has happened recently. They didn’t add any of the three premium toppings that were specified in the order. Even when the base bowl includes two. I just got a bowl of kale and rice. :/

Very disappointed today — my coworkers and I found two dead bugs in our salad. This is a serious food safety issue, and I hope Sweetgreen improves quality control immediately.

It was really frustrating to not only be met with attitude from an employee while placing my wife’s and my salad orders, but then to get home and find both salads made with kale instead of spinach—the main ingredient in the chicken parm salad. Very disappointing experience.

Sweetgreen never lets you down! When I visited the Mosaic District location, I was astounded by how tasty, fresh, and filling everything was. I enjoyed how simple it was to customize the bowl precisely what I was craving. The staff was really friendly and helpful, making sure everything was just right and making excellent ideas. Even during a busy period, the service was prompt and the entire establishment maintains a clean, contemporary vibe. If you want something nice, nutritious, and completely adjustable, I highly recommend it!

They could use a container half the size to fit the amount of food I received. The portions keep getting smaller and the prices keep going up, shrinkflation is engrained in the corporate strategy to get as much of our money as possible.
