I’ve ordered carne asadas tacos and the meat was so bad, expired and it had sand on it. I wanted to go back to the place but it was closed already. I usually dine in here and never had an issue till now.

First I’d like to say that the tacos are amazing. However today I ordered tacos and noticed I was charged $1 to substitute 2 corn tortillas to flour tortillas. This is foreign to me because this has never happened before. Upon explaining this to Morena, she responded by saying the other cashiers in the past made a mistake and charging me was in fact correct. Poor customer service from Morena brings me to my review today.

The food is excellent 10 out of 10 but the service and the atmosphere is very tense and they are not very friendly, from what I observed the manager, I don't know if her name is Morena, she is very rough with the employees and with my experience in leadership, believe me that the character of the manager has everything to do with the work team, she does not know how to deal with people and that makes the environment stressful for the employee and they transmit that stress to the client!
The food is excellent, a solid 10 out of 10. However, the service and atmosphere feels very tense, and the staff is not particularly friendly. From what I've observed, the manager—I'm not sure if her name is Morena—treats the employees very rudely. Based on my experience in leadership, I can confidently say that a manager's character has a significant impact on the work environment. She doesn't know how to treat people, which creates a stressful atmosphere for the employees, and that stress inevitably gets passed on to the customers!

I LOVE Taco Bamba!!!!! Food was amazing!! And staff were great. Only giving 3 stars because they don’t have a changing table in either bathroom and I had to change my toddler on the bathroom floor. Luckily I have a changing pad but it’s still really gross and hurt my back. Also, it would be nice if they had a kid’s menu. I had to bring in Wendy’s for my kiddo.

The food is great, but the service is chaotic and well below acceptable. Pre orders aren't ready or, if they are, handed to you without having to go behind the counter and check yourself. In person orders don't appear unless you chase them.

We were excited to try Taco Bamba after all the buzz, but were not impressed when we got our order. There was only a small amount of filling in each of our four different tacos. Definitely not worth the price to us. We won't be back

You'll wait 20+ minutes to get the wrong order. I've given them multiple chances and they keep failing me. They absolutely can't get an order correct. I don't know what it is in their ordering system that's flawed. I'm done with Taco Bamba. When they get the order correct, it's extremely okay. There's another taco place in that same University Mall shopping center in Fairfax that has adequate seating they'll get your order right. Go there instead.
Dietary restrictions: They don't comprehend dietary restrictions. They'll put food items in your dish that you specified not to include in your order.
Kid-friendliness: They're kid friendly with hardly anywhere to sit. Good luck.
Wheelchair accessibility: Highly congested and not handicap friendly.

Taco Bamba is delicious and easy on my wallet. Love the JuJu Da Burger taco, the Arabe, and the OG Breakfast Taco. Free coffee in the morning is a nice pick me up too.

They always "forgot" to put my extra sides. I pay for extra guacamole, and they do not send my extra guacamole. I pay for a drink, and they don't send the drink I'm paying for. No more delivery option for me.

Their tacos are next-level, especially the Arabe and El Gringo—so flavorful! The food might not be the healthiest, but trust me, the corn is insanely good. I really like the quality of their meat and veggies.
Skip the traditional sandwich and go all-in on the tacos. Plus, their sauce selection is great, and you’ll have no trouble finding parking. You’ve gotta check this place out!
